I'd like to be an editor on Balto Source. I think I am up to it

...I didn't see this topic, actually. Should have been an announcement, or I would have applied. Is it too late, and would you be willing to have two or three people assigned to it?

If you submitted something and didn't get an answer, this may mean I didn't receive it and in that case, send me a PM.

Now, the problem is to divide the work, because I fear you will write the same things.
I can think of several ways to do this :
- divide by site (some on Balto source and some on Lion king source)
- divide by days (one is posting on Monday, one on Tuesday...) But this would mean you would only say what happened in one particular day, which seems difficult.
- divide by sections (one is talking about the articles he found interesting, one on the fanarts, one on the fanfics, one about the forums topics, etc...)

Tell me your opinion, but you won't be able to post fan news until we know exactly what each one of you will be doing.

I was thinking of dividing by site, or by sections (in which case, I'd have wanted to do Video Games, Other and Balto sections lol). What I would find useful, would be a shared news editor system, where one fan news editor appointed as a "leader" will look through the finished post, write his part of it, and submit, so all the names of those who wrote it would appear, and everyone would limit their articles to the one and same post.

I also think Wolflux's idea good. That way, every section from the forum would be reviewed and no two people could review the same thing. It might be nice to see what the others are posting before sending in the final post of the news, so I think a shared system sounds like a good idea ;]

...this should have been announced. I was going to go for it, but again, I missed it, as it didn't show up in "view new posts" either.

This is not currently possible, and I don't like the idea because it would really slow down everything; and if the "leader" isn't there, no news.

I think it would be better to just divide each other. It would be alot more easy on the rest of us.
