It's not because everyone does it that it's a good thing...
Yes, most of Youtube videos use copyrighted stuff and, as such, are illegal - and by that, I mean the videos taken from films, TV series etc...BUT also the musics.
Youtube has often lawsuits problems with the film companies and other, and they are regularly removing all the copyrighted videos. So yes, if Universal decides it, they could remove all the Balto videos on Youtube because it's their right. (but as they don't remember it, they probably won't)

Anyway...Why not making a TEXT commentary, it would be much more simple.

Which chatroom? Also, would it be unsettling for you if I'm only 15 years old. But I'll tell you, I've got a pretty good commentary voice.
