Alot of these articles are just misinformed and provide no useful information. Just information that causes confusion and arguments. Some of these articles would be considered spam on the forums. And I'm sure there are other, BETTER articles on similar subjects.

It appears that anyone with a scanner or a digital copy of the movie is free to post any drek that they want to. Finally, someone stood up and said something! Kudos to my friend, cat, for finally taking a stand on this. I, too, had noticed the pointless articles where someone makes a startling claim that Aleu was named after the Aleutian Islands. Wow. That must have took a whole 10 seconds of research. Get this junk off the site. It's simply needless clutter.

I was almost going to do a rant on this myself, but Cat beat me to it! I agree though. I find it especially annoying when people post articles such as 'Balto's legs look funny.' There is a bloopers topic you know.

It's useless. When People actually Write a Article that hadn't been wrote before and It was decent length and longer than most of the common new Articles, It won't get accepted. But there's shorter useless articles that were only accepted because they have a picture of a blooper.

At risk of sounding like a parrot, I agree too.

I've given up on even reading them now, I like the older ones but most of the newer ones are just useless information that I probably already know anyway. Like how Balto's legs look funny or Jenna's legs are too thin or Kodi has some markings wrong. -_-

I also am strongly against the whole "Ugh, lazy animators" thing. No, not lazy, just not as esperienced as the animators who worked on the original Balto movie. I've recently been able to have a go at animating myself and although I thoroughly enjoyed doing so it took me 2-3 attempts to do a run cycle that looked good. So the animators are not lazy! If people took 20 minutes out to actually try animating they'd realise it's not so easy, it takes practice and if I were one of the animators one B2 or 3 I'd be offended by such comments.

So yeah, pointless articles are boring, annoying and a waste of space. I hope we get some better ones soon, I like Steet's idea of a 'recommended' thing too.

Err...When had this already happened? Normally the mods won't accept an article if there's a good reason behind it, so I suppose that if it has happened to you, there should have been a good reason.

It would appear as if I have to bring this subject up again, and trust me, I'm not the only one noticing the INCREASE in useless articles. Read the first post if you need to be reminded.

I hate it when I see a Wolf quest Blooper on this site now. It's just tiring, and I hate it when people say, "I agree!" or "I love your article" I mean, wolf quest tried their best, and I also hate it when someone does a decent article, there is always stupid comments about, "There's an article about this." or "Oh, that wasn't supposed to be right." If some one hates Wolf Quest that much, they shouldn't be on this site right now. Thank you for writing this! It's about time bad articles should be in the trash, and that Wolf Quest is better than those spamming articles that people had post and made.

And like the one you linked about "Steele's Ears" and many about "Aleu's Eyes".

Like, GET OVER IT! Like, do you do that every time you watch a film? No, just animated films? Ones which you pull apart, pick them to bits, destroy the movie until other people can't watch it anymore? And then blame it on the animators?

It's been hard for me to watch WQ since I joined this site. Every time I watch it now I notice "Balto's Funny Legs"

And then people say:

"nice article, good find"

"leik i noticed that first time I watched and I was 8!!!!"

"good eyes"


Like, even if the article had any substance to it, these aren't comments!

It's even worse (or just as bad) over at the TLK section. About a billion people with their no-proof theories about Vitani being Nala's daughter and being cubnapped by Zira. Like, where did that come from?

If you're going to make an article, do it properly. If you can't, don't. That's not a very good motto in many other things, but in this case, I'll say it once more.

If you can't be bothered writing a decent article, don't write an article at all.

Ha, made me laugh. But, it is getting to the point where its annoying. I see so many articles these days about what Steele's breed is and now people are comparing Balto to WALL-E, those are completely different movies and they have nothing in common. Sometimes I actually think old articles are coming up when I see stuff about Steele's breed and comparison and everything and when I look at the article its like "Steele is a Malamute, ain't I clever, I'm so clever HAHAHA!!!!! I found it out all by myself!!! I'm so great!" It's nothing new and when I see crap like this I'm disappointed... People these days...
