I was to get a horse again until my local stable i have my other 3 in are full and i can't find anywhere to stable it but here is few names that i had came up with for my one.
Kiaros- meaning lord and master NightRunner Blazen
And to say a Thoroughbred is not the most hardest of horses so may not be a wise idea to get one unless you have a true skill of keeping a horse that is pron to alot of heath problems but it is your choice. I would suggest in getting a hardy horse/pony like a; cob, exmoor, new forest, dart moor or something that is from the moors. They will be a much better horse/pony for a new horse owner.

I might get an appaloosa. They are sooooo cool looking. Appaloosa is a better choice to make, but if it is the colours you are interested in eg Alppaloosa are paint, then you could alway get another horse in that colours. All i am doing is trying to help as a new horse owner shouldn't go for the more advance horses. Alot of problems will show, that is why i suggested a wlesh cob or any kind of cob in the paint colour, they are hardy and easier to look after. But it is your choice to make not mine. I just want the best for you and the horse.

Quote: Okay, I'm going to make this a little more challenging. You've got to think of names for a black Thoroughbred mare. Also, I am getting a considerably older, well trained Thoroughbred. If I want to become a horse breeder, I'll possibly name some of my horses, ponies and relatives of the horse after your names and I'll be riding Western Style, by the way. What part of "Getting a Thoroughbred is not a wise idea" don't you understand. A Thoroughbred is a very advance breed of horse, well trainned or not, a new horse owner should never go for one of these breeds. You can ask every horse riding on the site that it is not a good idea, but if you refuse to take my experience over your "Oh that is a cool horse i want it" Then you are going to have alot of problems when it come to getting the horse. Me and my friend share a Thoroughbred, both of us experienced and yet we both have trouble with the horse. But you can go ahead and ignore me and go get a advance horse then find out you can't handle it. I am not trying to be mean, i am just trying to put the point through that a advance breed is not the best idea. If you will not listen to me then go and ask a experienced horse breeder.

Tell me how much experience you have, then I'll suggest a horse breed that could match up with your experience. Although, I do agree with getting hardier breeds if you're new to this.

She is better to get a cob, Exmoor, dartmoor or new forest Emily. I have also said if it is the colours she likes, then to get one of them breeds in that colour, it's not hard to get a black cob or any of the breeds i have said. Thank you for agreeing with me though, maybe she will listen to our suggestions.
Anyother name that i have came up with is HiddenMeadow. Name of a horse that my friend loans at my local stable, which is a Black Welsh Cob mare.
