I hate that "lives" argument. Perhaps sharing fandom with others is a hobby? Unless you're the person who gets obsessed with someone and keep it all to yourself.

Why, because it's true? We all have school to worry about, I'm in college as well as you I see. Plus on top of other things we all have to worry about. I'm not saying anyone is a nerd by saying it.

Well that's something you need to take up with that mod, or mods. We're not going to hate or ban you or anything just because you ask a question lol. Unless you're rude. Give respect and it will be given back.

So what are you implying about the other people then, when you say something like that? It's pretty arrogant to say that to anyone. It's just something that really irks me.

There are occasional times I take a break from the site, but even then, I still have a few seconds to spare just to peek in every now and then. And Yupik, you kind of have a tendacy to not be seen for a while...I've only really seen you every other night.

And members DESERVE multiple warnings. Of course it's not going to be in a system where, "Holy cow, you spammed!! *ban instantly*" And I admit, I am guilty a couple of times of watching a fight ensue. But I do this for a reason; every member here deserves to be treated maturely, unless they act in such a way that they shouldn't. A fight is no exception -- if fists and claws were flying, yeah...I'd probably jump in right away. But they are just words. And I believe everyone should at least TRY to give the effort to and solve things out peacefully with one another first before resorting to mod intervention. You've all dealt with every sort of person enough to know how to settle your differences in a civilized manner. -- And when either side refuses to believe that, then THERE'S where I come in, and THERE'S where it starts to turn ugly.

But for the most part, blaming the mods is pretty hackneyed. I've been accused before of not following what some of the other mods were talking about simply because I wasn't there either. Like you've been told so many times, the reason why I stand around and watch is because WE'RE NOT ALWAYS GOING TO BE THERE. You want to know what it's like to always be the one to get in the middle? Try it...it's not as easy as it seems.

Speaking of which, has anyone ever actually been banned?

Yes they have, but they've had multiple warnings before they were actually banned.
