Most people don't care. Some people will Google map it just 'cause they're curious. There's a 1 in 100,000 chance that some old man is going to look me up and plan a trip to my residence.

I say, if you're underage, you don't have rights. Do what your parents tell you and don't be stupid. If you're an adult, you do what you please. Also, don't be stupid. Being stupid: "Hey everyone! Here's my credit card number! 2462XXXXXXXX9987 06/08! While I'm at it, have my social! 654-XX-XXXX"

If you're still scared that someone will find you and kill you, you need to log off the internet and never return. Ever.

Sharing personal information is fine. People do it to relate to each other. If you don't want to take part, simply don't share a word.

Anyways, personal information is alright, as long as it's among adults (as Lennox kindly stated) fine. Problem is, this is a children's site, and children have a tendency to just "follow the wave". When the children see other members give out personal information, they want to as well. And hey, you're not allowed to! Which makes it extra fun, because you're breaking a rule, and your parents might not know about it... ever.

This is dangerous, people. At least on BaltoSource, personal information shouldn't be accepted at all.
