Tibb is right. If someone is requesting a forum, its bound that you will have to do 99.99% of everything. Its best if THEY make it themselves. It would be better if someone just made a tutorial for all of the big types of forums/sites we have here (ex: phpBB, InvisionFree, Proboards, Freewebs, ect). Because sometimes if you make it for them, then they dont have the FULL power that they should have. If someone cant figure out how to do it, honestly, then they dont NEED one. They can just sign up for someone else's forums.
