Redwolf03 depicted her as a "halfa" (half living, half ghost) like Danny Phantom once. But somehow I find it hard to picture Aniu saying, "I'm going ghost!" lol

I think she's albino and got skin cancer and died from that, but left Balto and his siblings in different places, but places that others could find so they could be taken care of.

She'd have to be a partial albino in that case, or she'd have red eyes.

In WQ she does have red eyes :/.

I think it had something more to do with a war or a murdering, I think she was killed by a large bear or something.

Actually if you look closely, there's some yellow around what could be either red or brown. In a true albino, the yellow wouldn't be there.

Ah well, they've always appeared red to me.

Now my opinion's changed, although I won't reveal it because it'll ruin my fanfic about her. Gah.

I laughed when I read that. Totally the wrong reaction but I'm sick like that.

Don't get me wrong, cancer is not good, I've known some survivors and victims.

But if I know my animal cartoons, if the protagonist was orphaned, then the parents were probably killed by hunters. This was the case in "Bambi" and "Fox and the Hound". It's a pattern.

She could have been murdered by another deity. Aniu must of been doing SOMETHING or being something great to be remembered after her death.

And what evidence is there to suggest she's a deity?

Aniu always seemed to vanish,she did at the end of Balto 2.

I'm sure she has some power, unique than any other wolves. I don't think she had died already, but maybe live in somewhere.
