I only saw the movie and it was brilliant! I did cry at the end though :(

This has to be one of the best books I have. Marley often had me in stitches and the absolute inability to copntrol him often made me smile. There is so much emotion in this book that I would find it a hard read to forget (Something I dont inted to do) This book also made me glad of my sane (If only just) and relatively well behaved dog. Marley and me is truly a great read.

I have the book and I have read it twice already. I always did get emotional at the end. I never cried. I don't get sad with things like that very easily.

OT: Except on Meerkat Manor whe Flower died. I was weeping!

Back on topic, I need to see the movie now! (And Balto too! I've never seen it! I'm dying to see it!)

Marley and Me is my all-time favorite book. I just got it for my 15th birthday and am reading it for the 2nd time. It really brings out the emotion and feelings in the story, and it touches especially animal lovers. So I do recommend it for any animal lover out there. It's worth reading.
