I like Kodiwolf's idea, a Sticky would seem the most obvious solution to the massive amount of Colour-me-in topics now but it would be difficult to keep something like that organized like the adoption/request ones are.

Perhaps if one person, maybe you Draco? makes a topic for all the colour-me-in's, maybe your first one maybe a new one?, then after that everyone who wants to put up a colour-me-in pic PMs that person and also the Fan-art section Mod and maybe one other should also be PMed so if that one person is'nt around or does'nt have the time they can edit the original post and add the new ones.

I would be for that. We can use my topic so less topics would need to be locked, I don't mind. No need to create a whole new one when I can edit mine, and so can other mods when I can't. It'll certainly cut down on topics.

But how would we announce it if we do? Or do we just make it a sticky and let people figure it out?

I would say put it as a sticky, I'm sure people will notice quickly enough, it'd sure save space in the Fan-Art board doing it this way. A normal sticky would get very confusing, very quickly with so many "colour-me-in's", I would suggest putting links to the image on Photobucket (or whichever hosting site people use) instead of putting the image directly onto the page, it'd make the post too long.

Definitely. It would be way to long for posts to show the actual pictures, knowing everyone that's doing these topics now. Links will make it easier.

Quick question. As I'm editing my topic I was thinking...What should we do about all the responses to the separate topics? Should we have the members post them again if they want? And hopefully they won't get mad we're using my topic, that I get to keep my responses.
