Wouldnt go as far to say "Yes they rock" myself, I thought that overall they were nice and was good to add more to the Balto story but they could have made both a lot better, especially the 2nd. 3rd went as it should be I think, had a good story and wasn't to different from the 1st

Yes,we do,because we wouldn't have known of Aleu,Dingo,Saba,or Kodi.

i personally didnt like WQ but i liked wings of change. i think that it was nice that they continued on from where the first left off.

I agree. WoC should've been the second one, and then the third one should've been new.

There would be one little problem with that. If it was the second one, everyone would wonder when and where Kodi stepped in. All of a sudden, Balto has a son! lol

thats true. BOOM! balto would have had this grown son out of thin air!

They weren't really necessary though. I'd have preferred to have different, better sequels. 3 at least does not stray so far from the original.

another thing that makes me angry about that two seqeuls is that Nikki, Star, and Kaltag ar'nt in it. I like those three...(Sniff)...they made me giggle.

We kind of did need the second and third in order to introduce the series to people who may have missed the first movie. I, for example, was first introduced to the series when I saw WQ on TV. Then, a few months later, when the first movie was shown, I remembered the name and was instantly interested in it.

So if it wasn't for WQ (and the ads for WoC that were also on at about the same time), I never would have heard of the first movie in the series.

Mainly... the sequels or pretty much creation of anything aired on tv. Is more on a money making scheme.. then an Entertaining Scheme. Usual Case.. if Balto needed to be more recognized.. why not focus on that? It was barely advertised.. and Even now barley shown on tv. Once in a blue moon you may see it some where. XD and second.. if a sequal really was required.. the colour scheme.. structure.. and other bases should have been more focused on...

I agree with what cat just said. I think it is rather pointless they made two more movies after the first one. But all the movies are enjoyable though.

to me Woc wasn't as good as the WQ to me

Its tough to say that it was not needed. Usually, animated sequels are not good and are not able to light a candle comparing themselves to the original movie. That was the problem with Wolf Quest, they changed what was good and put in LBT-like stuff and the movie fell flat on its face. Wings of Change was well, a change from the 2nd movie. Much more thought out, better plot development, and the original characters were more like themselves.

I'd say its possible that we didn't need the second movie, but the third one gets enough credit for a proper sequel, thus saying we needed that movie.
