I find that certain songs by Angels & Airwaves seem to help out... if you're going to listen to them for feeling better, I'd recommend listening to either "Do it For Me Now" "The Adventure" "A Little's Enough" "The Gift" or "Good Day" What might be a good stress reliever if you want a song similar to your situation would be "The War" "It Hurts" or "Start the Machine"
