Possibly the most awesome villain ever. He lives in a cave, he has a monitor lizard as a henchman, carries a double barreled shotgun, carries a big knife, sets off high-tech traps, has the nerve to take on a bird-of-prey 10 times bigger than him, and has a monster truck on steroids.
Need I say more? Ha ha, I totally forgot about him. (Another one I can name is Rico from Home On The Range) Rico wasn't a villan.

Dood. GO YOU!!!! I'd totally have to agree with that. He's so evil, even his monitor lizard sidekick betrays him. Man, he abused that poor thing so much, I felt so sorry for it. XP
Wow, I actually had something to say, but your answer totally gobbled mine up. XD Good job.
OMG, I should totally watch that movie now...

Yes! McLeach is so evil! Poor Joanna...
Well, let me see. Hexxus from Fern Gully is up there for me, he scared me SO much when I was young. Carface from ADGTH and Steele from Balto, of course. And how about Rasputin, from Anastasia?
...and pretty much every Disney villain ever! Disney is so full of great ones. xD My faves would be Scar, Zira, Hades, Frollo, Jafar, Ursula, Gaston, the Queen, Maleficent, Shere Khan, Ratigan, and Sykes/Roscoe/Desoto.
There are also Syndrome, Hopper, Ratcliffe, Madame Medusa, Waternoose, Lady Tremaine, Captain Hook, Cruella Devil...
OH, and how dare I forget to mention Team Rocket from Pokemon, my fave humans in it?
