I hate the people who come on the SB and say how their life is so bad but we all have some life issues don't we? It gets on my nerves and makes me just wanna say shut up and do something about it! and when somebody's dying I actually did yell this to the person GO SPEND TIME WITH THEM!

Well we can't prevent the visitors to tell their life problems on the shout box if they want to...As long as they don't do this everyday. I know I like to talk about my problems sometimes, but most of the time I don't.
But I guess we can't really make a rule for that.

Yes and actually any site is good for someone in need of help.
We teach everyone to never hide whats bugging them and than they come on this site and feel rejected to do so.
Its annoying however when they just keep spamming the same line
"BAN ME!!!"
"I wanna die"
"Kill me"
"U wont miss me"
ETC ETC.

Its often not hard to tell who is real or or who is fake. If these problems were real and actually bothering these people. For instance, if that girl's dog was actually dying. She would not be online begging for attention. They would be spending time with their dog. Or maybe this is actually not the case, I do not know. I am not that person. But it is is best to not fuel this behavior. Everyone has issues and it is okay to vent. But not all the time, not over and over again constantly saying. "I want to die", "Life isn't worth it." "I'm going to end it all." Etc. Etc. Even if these are a little less serious. Any such person who is doing this is obviously craving attention. So if the behavior from the person is witnessed again and again. It is best to alert a mod and let us handle it. Do not encourage this behavior! In the end the person will only dig themselves into a hole they can simply not get themselves out of.
