I haven't been in a single car accident. However, numerous accidents have happened in front of my eyes. Most weren't serious, fender benders and taps, but there was one where a car and a truck hit head on and the car was sent far to the side of the road while the truck only moved back several feet. We were first at the light when this happened.

I morn for everyones' loses in an accident. To think it all could of been prevented if some moron only made the right decision and not the wrong one.

Watch this video. It has swayed me to rethink the car or truck I now want. Even though it's long please watch it's very helpful.

Yup, looks like a Honda...junk heaps. Get an old American pick up truck or car like a Crown Victoria. You'll never have to worry about your car getting tottaled with that. Lol

I haven't been in any recently, but over the summer two of my friends were...and I was there.

We were at a Mission Team Carwash and there was no bathroom. So, we'd make "bathroom breaks" and drive to the parish. Miles and Ann were going and Miles yelled if I wanted to come. I said "Nah, man. I'm good." He yelled back. "See ya in a few."

They were turning to get on the road and a guy ran the red light and smashed into Miles' side. The car almost completely flipped over, but didn't. The paramedics were there and we were maybe 100 yards away. It weas heartbreaking watching two of my friends being pulled out a car into am ambulance.

Thankfully, both were fine. Annie got a lot of cuts on her face and such. Mile was banged up, he was so lucky considering the car was on his
side.

I, too, have forgotten some.
We were driving out of the school when a drunk guy ran into the side of my bus and we almost flipped over. The scary part was, the guy hit the bus right where I was sitting and he had an insane look on his face
Another time, my cousin was on his bus and it was snowing VERY hard outside. The bus had to stop and put the chains on her wheels because she didn't do it earlier. So they pulled into a church parking lot, and the curch sits on top of a VERY VERY VERY steep and low hill. The bus driver tried to stop and went crashing down the hill and ran into a tree. Only the driver was hurt, and I wasn't on the bus since I was not yet in Middle/High school (they had to ride the busses to the elementary school while the elementary kids stayed at their school waiting for them to come.)

Thankfully I've never been in a car accident, I have seen some nasty ones though. There was one last summer near my house, this small car was hit on the side by an suv. The small car flipped over and the suv wrapped itself around a pole. The people in the small car had to be taken to the hospital by a helicopter. Man, it was horrible. :(
