I believe in the supernatural. I'm not sure how to answer the question "Do you believe in ghosts" because I'm not exactly sure what a "ghost" is

If by definition a "ghost" is the spirit of a person who once lived but is now dead and lingers the earth, then no. I don't think so. But I do believe in spirits that linger the earth, I just don't think they're people who have once lived.

I had another.
I was in my horses tack house and a ghost or "spirit" was there.
It was a freaky one. It started in other end of the house, I could hear it.
Then it came to the room I was in... freaky O_O

I sort-osf believe in ghosts. My neighbors dog,(who's dead), used to walk through this door all the time. And, thedoor opens sometimes, by itself! No wind, no peeps, no nothhin, it just itself. Or is it...

I see no reason not too. I'm not religious in any form...so why not? XD

I've also had freaky personal encounters. And hell...so has my dad! XD

I beleive in ghosts. My definition of a 'ghost' is a soul who can not rest until something is done to help it rest.

A 'spirit' is a guardian who has passed on and is looking after things. Well, that's how i'm putting it.

And if it is not, Yes I am a firm believer in ghosts. I have seen/ heard them. There are alot of cool things in this world that people believe/disbeleive and ghosts are one of them. I enjoy reading about them and watching programs of them. Discovery and SciFi have cool ones too.

Personally there have been a lot of spirit type things that happen concerning me. Maybe because I'm involved with white magick related things. If I told you everything you guys probably wouldn't believe since the spirits are not exactly from this planet and not exactly demons or angels or gods ether but rather alien like in nature. Although I'll mention a story about a regular earther spirit. Some time after meditations and entering the world of the supernatural I was at a bowling alley with a group of Cadets I was a member of. We were busy haveing our snacks at the little ice cream parlor and I saw a spirit of a dog, Black Lab to be exact. I asked the Cadets, "Who here used to have a Black Lab?" One of the girls said that her family did, the dog died when the girl was 2 years old. Doesn't look like the dog has left her side since. If I go into the other spirits that are more alien like in nature that might be covered in another supernatural topic since the spirits are not really dead yet, rather they are more likely in astral form.

I do believe in ghost because I've very often seen my pets who have passed on in spirit form.

me too. I've seen my dead dog and my dead cats ^^
it's actually really cool to see them. It lets you know that they are ok.

i have had encounters and i belive, but no encounters with HUMAN spirits

Well, I used to live in a very old house - dating from the times of the Stuarts. Our late guinea pig (Snowy) used to live a spoilt life. He had his cage in the dining room. In his cage, he had this little plastic igloo that he used for sleeping in.
One day, I was doing my homework in the dining room, and Snowy was out and about, and was keeping me company. Suddenly, his fur stood on end, and he ran into his little igloo, obviously very frightened. But the strangest thing was, I couldn't see anything that could have possibly frightened him. Even today, I am convinced that he had seen a ghost.

There is supposed to be a ghost at my school. They say his name is 'Harry,' and he haunts the textbook cupboard. I think that he is just an invention to keep the students out of the cupboard.
Also, my school used to be run by nuns. There's this ancient oak staircase which goes up to quite a height. At the top, there is a large fence of wire on top of the banisters. They say the wire was put up after a nun fell to her death. But that's just an old wives' tale. The wire was put up to stop such a thing happening in the first place.
