Awful film, it's way too long for what it is.

I'm suprised that people complain about long movies like Titanic, the 1996 Hamlet, and LOTR 3

and then do an about face and complain when movies are to short.

...what's the desirable length then?

I'm a supporter of long movies, there's more detail that way (but some short movies are good to...) But I guess now everyone has short attention spans and wants everything fed to them at lightspeed...oh well...

(oh and Slayguy, you double posted...just telling ya')

Anyway, I loved the Titanic. Saw the first part as a kid (my parents wouldn't let me watch the second part till only a little while ago) and it so sad. I love the music "My Heart will Go on" it added tenfold to the dramatic (and sad) effect the movie has. It beats the older Titanic Movie anyday.

The music in Titanic is pretty. <3
I used to have the soundtrack... I wonder what happened to it. D:
I don't really like "My Heart will go on" though. I used to.

I think I first saw Titanic when I was 6. I WISH I was old enough to have seen it in cinemas when it first came out. It must be amazing to see on the big screen!

EDIT: ya know... I could have sworn I've posted in this thread before. =/
EDIT2: oh wait, never mind. Theres another thread. XD;

I agree with Martin on this. I also love long movies.

And Titanic is one of the most intense and incredible films I have ever seen. So romantic and gripping. XD The music score is stunning. "Me Heart Will Go On" is amazing - instant tearjerker. Celine's voice sounds so amazingly effortless, and the music is incredible

Sure the film is long (actually....I don't notice) and there are LOADS of bloopers and mistakes, but the film was SO well made. I can't describe how much I love it <3

Yeah, I love long movies too! Titanic was great; Hamlet is amazing. And my feelings exactly, Rebel, about "My Heart Will Go On." Insanely beautiful song.
