That's mine, too. =D I just really like that scene for some reason. xD

I like that beautifull dog race and plane scene.

Pretty much all of the scenes where the dogs are sledding xD But one scene I really like is at the beginning, where the dogs bring the mail late and Kodi's all angry at the others, who are joking about it. I seriously don't know why I like it, maybe because I finally got to hear the dogs' voices (love Ralph's voice).
I also liked the scene where the sled dogs, Dipsy, and Mel were trying to get Balto to lead the sled team, and he didn't want to so he flipped out - he didn't seem so thrilled when they started howling, either.
I also liked where they were under the building thing (where Balto showed Jenna the "Northern Lights" in B1) and Dipsy was listening to what the humans had to say about the dogs and the plane.
Now this is the last one, I promise. I really liked the EDAS - Emergency Dog Alert System. We got to see so many old characters...
What I hated, though, was the 3D animation. It looked horrible, in my eyes. Plus the way everyone moved. It was, now this feels weird to say, too smooth.
OK, I'm done.

For me, it would have to be the end credits.

Er... that's in Balto 1. This is the Balto 3: Wings of Change section...
And I love an awful lot of scenes in this movie. Like when Jenna sings to Balto, the moose; "You talkin' to me?" xDDD, the race, when Balto & Jenna are waiting for the plane at the beginning...
I love this movie, obviously xD But my fave scene is in the Boiler Room when Kodi gives his wee speech ^_^ <333

My fave part is when Kodi and his team rescue balo and (Duke )!
Also when Balto goes flying!
And Jenna's song!
