Not so.

True that smoking increases the chances of cancer but there are other elements that play a role. Nutrition, environment qualities, and genetics are examples of those other elements.

Plus there are many different kinds of cancers, not just lung cancer (which is usually caused by smoking).

Yes, there are different types of cancer.
My meemaw has it on her face (her nose).
my fiancee's mother has it behind her voicebox.
And my sisters and mother had cervical, and my grandmother had breast cancer.

my oldest sister's (Liz) had developed into cervical but it cured.

True, there are also more people. But what worries me about this one, is my mother, both sisters, and grandmother ALL had cancer. I'm most likely next in line... My grandmother (Meemaw's daughter) died of cancer...

I don't know. It just worries me. :?


Well, cancer runs in my family too, but it doesn't mean we're all gonna die from it. There ARE survivors of cancer O_o
My uncle Joe survived cancer but it was only level one cancer
