In other words i have to feel bad any way? i herd once they have one of those things done then they lose their perk and get depressed?

Okay..well I see now..since it would be good for the dog i guess if i get one i will do so..it just makes me feel like a bad person though...to do some thing to them i wouldent do to myself...but yes i see now..i never really looked into that kind of stuff.

My thoughts exactly. Now, if the dog had a medical condition, or something like that, then fine, but if the dog is healthy, it should be up to the owner. In the end, it comes down to owner unresponsibility. Other people shouldn't be forced to do things just because of a few stupid people who can't keep their dogs on a leash.

Thats what i was thinking of corse thats why we have gates as well to keep those stupid peoples dogs from our own. but then again i do not want to keep my dog if that dog happends to be its chosen mate. but then if it breeds and gets sick even though i let it and did not know if the dog my dog had breeded with had a medical condition that would infect my dog then i would feel bad for not neutering or stoping my dog in the first place.

Though I agree with you for the most part, would you rather have your dog fixed or a homeless mutt die? I know what I'd want.
And in responce to Silver wolf-werewolf, even if you have a 6 foot gate, an unfixed dog that's in heat WILL find a way to escape, they can dig or even chew through the fence if they really wanted too. Fixing your dog makes life so much easier for us AND for the dog.

That is true but unlike some other people "im not pointing fingers so dont take offence to this" do not watch their dogs while their are ether on the leash or in the back yard. and possibly by the time i would notice a hole or a dog digging under neath my fence plus the fact that they would eather end up yelping by splinters or the gate tearing at their skin. even if they were fixed they would probably still do this. but fixing your dog would probably be easier but this topic show the Ups and Downs of fixing your dog the cause and effect.

Well your one person, but there's alot more who leave they're dogs outside all day and I highly doubt they would notice right away.

To answer your question, if people would be more responsible, then there wouldn't be nowhere as many "homeless mutts". I still blame the owners. If they are not willing to take the necessary precautions to make sure that their dog doesn't get out and roam, or whatever, then they should have their dogs fixed, even though I'm not a big fan of it. In cases like that, it's for the best.
