She chose that "race" because the early white men killed them and used them for their own purposes, destroying their land and killing them with smallpox. She wasn't advocating that we kill off the Native Americans now by testing things on them. So yeah, the white man DID think that Native Americans were lesser beings, along with Africans and Asians. That's why we destroyed their heritage and then saddled them with the name of their conquerors: Native "Americans". So before you go looking to get offended by some comment, maybe you should read it compeletely and make sure you know what is being said.

And no, no one was "flaming" you. God, just because someone doesn't agree with what you say and argues against you, it's not flaming. If she had called you a bunch of ethnic slurs and attacked your heritage and whatnot, that would have been flaming. But, again, she didn't and I didn't and no one did. So calm yourself.

I never said you were 'flaming me'. Well, you are now.. but, anyway, you are flaming at other members because they don't agree with you. I've asked for the board to be locked. I'd have thought that people would have gained enough maturity to discuess this civilly..

That's exactly why I choose that 'race'. xD. I just couldn't think of another way to put it. And it's something that most people are familar with, too, so it was easier than making a huge long explanation.

I probably should have made it clearer as to what I meant, though. I didn't mean to offend you by any means. I hold much respect for Native Americans. It was just the only annalogy I could think of at the time. (Probably because it's what we are learning about right now in History class).
