I'm 5'10 and 115 pounds. I used to think I was fat when I was a little kid and I was, but I grew taller and my weight didn't rise at all so I guess I just needed to get taller and stretch it all out.

Wow. That really is almost pathetic. I feel sorry for the girl, though. Her parents really should have noticed the problem early on and prevented it from getting any worse.
I don't know about anyone else, but once my seven-year-old child hit 100 pounds, I'd put her on a diet, not shrug it off and let her continue eating like that.

Same here. <.<; I would not let a child get so over weight like that. For one, its not healthy, and two it is just discusting and pathetic. o_0

My brother is 10 & he weighs 60 pounds, he eats the most out of all of us but has ADD [or something] and burns all the calories off during the day. XD

I agree with Kari also, once my 6-7-8 year old kid got past 80 pounds I'd know something was wrong. Young kids don't need to be eating like that..

Seeing as practically everyone else on this topic is making a comment about their own weight, I may as well toss in my two cents: I'm 13, and I weigh anywhere from 130 to 145, depending on how much I've eaten and exercised that week. I'm not fat ( well, I have a little bit of tummy, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that ), and I'm perfectly content with my size.

PS- Did you hear that in the UK ( well, of course those of you in the UK have ), legal action may be taken if parents let their kids get too fat? Rediculous if you ask me. :roll:

I'm 12 (going to be 13 on the last day of this month) and I weigh around 93 pounds. Whenever I tell that to people at school, they don't believe me because I'm skinny. They think I weigh like, 70-80 pounds, but I'm not that skinny. :(

Well, lucky me, I eat a lot but I will never be fat, always from 55-70 kilos. My friend's brother is even fatter than me ! He's like 90 kilos for a twelve-year old boy :shock:
