The Wii remote (Wiimote) is on the right.
You'll get one of each with the system.
The nunchuk, as you can see, is attached to the bottom of the Wiimote and can be removed to play games that don't use it or to plug in the classic controller or other accessories.

I'd also tell you to get a Wii, but if you don't have the money for it or just want one of the 3 you named, then I'd say XBOX. But I'd also say that the type of games they have for Gamecube would suit you more.. Some of the XBOX and PS2 games aren't very good for young kids. [Violence, Swearing..] If you get a gamecube or a Wii, you can get games like Zelda and Mario Party, which would probably be good for kids around your sisters age.. [I don't even know how old she is but you said she was younger then a teen so..XD]

I say Gamecubes because that's the only one I have! That and there probably the cheapest right now.
I admit that the Playstation has better graphics but I think the Gamecube has better games. For example,
MarioKart Double Dash
Mario Baseball
and others.
