When i was little and there was a thunderstorm i tryed to gather up all my plushies(it would probaly take 899 years but at that time i only had like 90 now i have like 899999)and i would hide them then hide with them

I was afraid of T-Storms and when I started getting less afraid of them I saw lightning strike up close when my mom was driving me and my sister home from my grandparents house. We were up on a bridge and the lightning hit on the lower road just to the left of us. I was scary and now I am afraid all over again.

its okay. In 2005 I was At my grandmas and we were haveing a Tornado warning all day. One after the next. That is really rare for Michigan. One did tuch down, but in a differnt town. Then the whole state of Michigan was under a watch. Then It was spuer time. My grandma toulk me to Mcdonalds to cheer me up. I was watching the sky.
When I went home that night a huge storm whipped trouh. My mom came in my room and invited me to sleep on the floor in her room.

Yeah, we dont get many tornatos where I live because it is so hilly. We did get one when I was in pre school though and everyone had to go home early not long after we had arrived. I still remember my mom driving me home as quickly as she could and when I turned in the car seat to look back I could see the tornado on the horizon. (Scary)

That sounds nice. This region doesen't have touchdowns often, but it's still frightening to hear that freight train noise.

I like thunderstorms unless:

1. It's got a tornado with it.
2. There's REALLY loud thunder.
3. I'm in a car and it's raining so hard I can't see through the window and lightning is hitting the car. It's happened to me before.

I use to take all my stuff that I would want to save and put it in a bag then put near my door during a thunderstorm. This was when I was younger. I do like thunderstorms but not when I'm home alone sometimes when thay are really bad and at night I hate them. At night you really can't see what's going on so I always get scared at night, but mostly I'm ok with them.

My dad got shocked by lightening once, and personally, I miss thunderstorms - But I am not the person to go outside and watch it storm. I did go walking with my friends when it was raining hard, and lightening bad, and I think it was a hurricane warning. ^_^; (And no, I didn't catch a cold.)

I don't go on the computer when it storms. =P I do miss it storming, tho... because I like when the kids are in the hall-way, and leaving me alone. 8D I am alright with storms.. Only if their not.. TOO bad. =3
But I hate them when I am trying to go to sleep. ._____.;

The only time I was afraid of a thunderstorm was when I was 7 years old and when a major hurricane passed through. Other than that, I find them relaxing
