That's horrible.. why did you post it?
A fat dog IS NOT a happy dog. Poor thing looks so sad..
It's an Akita.

It is cute. I think it looks unhappy and I feel sorry for it also, if it IS real, I'd say it's probably dead by now..It would take longer then a year for that dog to get fit again, unless you starve it which is just plain harsh.....

Oh no it's not cute 'cause it's fat. I think all dogs are cute, and we really can't blame the dog for this, it's more the owners fault for letting the dog eat like that...

Ah right, I get you now. Yes, would be a very sweet dog if he/she wasn't so fat. But just because it is fat doesn't mean it's ugly in general. I understand.

That dog has been fed too much people food. I watched a show one day showing what happened to dolphins when fed junk, and they looked just like that dog.

Kari wrote: That poor dog. That's almost abusive. Imagine; a dog gaining 2-3 pounds is like a human being gaining about 10 or 15 pounds. That dog needs some serious dieting. It could be life-threatening.
You know, I didn't know that until I saw the Science Diet commercial yesterday. XD But it's true. That dog has got to be more then 100 pounds overweight, so, according to that commercial, if it was a human, it would be 500 pounds overweight. Wow, that's crazy.. I think the owner might have done that to enter his dog in a contest, I doubt there's another reason.

I agree. But I think that it is sick. People do it for attention.
