It's very hard to crit work, especially when the artist gets so good! But I'll try:
1. The fur is in very large clumps. If this is what your style is like, then cool. But it your going for more realistic, the fur clumps in smaller, and in more irregular directions.

MMm, xD I think that your left ear is off, you made it behind the back which would be impossible.

You are also missing the left cheek of the face. Because if the ear was out as far as you've drawn it, the cheek would be out more too.

Filters on the bg make it very busy and a little sloppy.

I could suggest coloring it on a different layer under the layer of your lines so it doesnt changed the colors of your nice lines ^.^

And on lines, tapering them is always nice (taper means the lines get thinner at the ends)

Other than that its a nice pic ^.^ I really like the colors.

About the lines,I can't that type as the tablet could "the edge more thiner and thiner..." because I use this dork mouse and it's very hard....

Torch--> The Blur was intentional.

XP, Ya I know mouse is hard, but you could try using eraser tool and going round the edges, might help. =)
