Little kids do believe these stories.. I know quite a few at the local primary school who are scared of bears because they ate Goldilocks in the story they were read and also wolves because of the Three Little Pigs.

Aye I know. Most little kids do believe these stories. Heck, they believe anything you tell them!

Off-Topic: take Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy and The Easter Bunny for instance

Awwwwwww  :D That's cute!

Little kids believe anything their parents tell them. I used to be scared of wolves myself when I was very wee; thanks to those books! They influence our lives greatly

Yeah, she's not scared of wolves because she never really took in the fairy tales.. she's sort of too.. mature should I say? I don't know, she's quite advanced for her age. She asked what breed Archie was and I said, oh, he's part wolf. She got pretty excited by that.

When kids are like her, everything is ok. It's the sort of kid that screeches at the sight of a dog that are to be worried about.. I hate kids like that. I feel like asking them 'Does my dog really look like its foaming at the mouth and ready to pounce?'
