Treatment of Mods

I can relate to this, while I am not a mod here, I am one on a different site, and boy...some of the bashings I taken they're brutal, but it does have some upsides being a mod...but one thing that totally bugs me on the site where I am a mod...it is a mod who is causing alot of the fights and troubles. And, well to sum it up, it all ticks me off. Mods are humans to, not robots that are slaves the admin/web master's whatever you call 'em. We have feelings too, sure some of tough love, but it's not going to kill you to gives us some respect now and then. Anyways, that's my two cents.

All you can really do is warn them, and if they do not take the hint, ban their sorry behinds. I was once a mod on a forum and site called Mystic Fox, it was extremely large and people were friendly and kind, it was coming up to the third year of service when it all went down hill, hacking, spam and rude comments. The site which once held over a thousand members had to be relocated and now as far as I know only has two hundred, it happens to most good sites, you all may think BS is going down hill but belive me, this only a bump in the road, I have faith that BS will keep going for many years to come.

Pretty much a ban member to me I ignore unless speaking to them about the reason they were ban. It illiminates alot of the 'flaming towards a mod' problem, and if they pm me with a flame? Ah the beauty of the delete button. ;D

Yeah lots of people have been vary roud to the Mods. I wont say who so I don't start a war, but I think for those who are not band are even roud to the mods at times, but is mostly band people. I'm positive I was never roud to a Mod.

I noticed that too, but there are cases where a few of the mods well lets say layed there duties away and used there power to be unfair and then when the person says something about it, they get banned, so personaly, it goes halfers, some mods are not fair and abuse there power to be stupid, this has happend in more then one case and all the member or members can do is get banned for being powerfull, so don't blame rudeness just on the members, some of the mods need to smartin up to. it goes both ways....

You could have stopped there.
DON'T LISTEN to all the insults the banned people can say. I mean, they have been banned for a reason, and most of the time it's because they were rude to other people. So, obviously, you will find most of these people gathered in the banned box. This is logical, and they DONT represent the visitors on the site but a minority.

Im not going to show any because if I did, a huge war would start and some of the mods would lose there jobs for going agenced the rules to be cocky and mean, so im going to avoid all that by just stateing what I know as for the proof, well it's being kept hiddin, and id hate to see any of them being at loss of there jobs for something they can learn how to do in the right way insted of the wrong way, agian, this way, they learn how to be better, and maybe learn something new^^ who knows.

I just hate seeing unfair things happen when they shouldn't, I hate seeing those people who are treated wrongly for absalutly nothing, it's not fun helping someone who was wrongly treated when they shouldn't have, I had to do that manytimes, and im sick of it, so please be fair^^ and that is to everyone because this goes both ways^^
