Well from the preview people just turned into wolves, not werewolves, just wolves, like in Wolf's Rain, into wolves, but personaly who cares, it's gonna be awesome, but if there are werewolves in it, hopefully they will do a good job on them, because lately they make the werewolves extreamly crappy, so hopefully they do a better job this time^^

Agreed, let's just hope that they didn't mess around with too badly. Otherwise we'll have another Eragon; good but lots of peaces cut off and some weak line, though I doubt it.

One doesn't have to turn into a half wolf, half human thing to be considered a werewolf. One can turn into a full wolf; that is still classified as being a werewolf.

In the case with Wolf's Rain, it's reversed. They are, though not directly, wolfweres (search it, it there), or born as wolves and able to transform into human.

I saw it today.....

AVOID THIS MOVIE. Do not waste your money. God...it was terrible...plot holes..horrible effects...horirble camera angles..just plain out wow(could go on all day on how bad this movie was)...let me put it this way. Walking into the theater was the most entertaining part..because of a sign.

Pretty much...worst movie I have seen...in a while...I am deeply upset about saying this too.

Until I watched that preview that Rusty put up, I thought it would be a freaky one. xD. But now... I really want to watch it. xD. Heck.. When I have time, I'll probably read the book, too.

And I don't care how bad people say this is. I've found that almost every time someone tells me not to watch a movie because it sucks, I think it is totaly amazing. xD

Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I'll wait to see it before taking in any of this.

By the way, if you are put down from the movie, at least take the time to read the book. It's very good and enjoyable to read... putting it raw.
But I guess you already knew that.

I don't feel to well, so I'm just going to keep everything raw.

'Saw it with my brother and three other people today. After so, I asked a bit of questions and concluded that it's a good movie.
Our star rating are as followed:
Rusty (me): ********-- 8/10
Argetlam: ******---- 6/10
Friend: ********-- 8/10
Friend: *******--- 7/10
Friend: ********-- 8/10
Giving it an average of: *******--- 7.4/10

All I have to say is ignore what everyone says, even official critics, and see it for yourself and decide for yourself if it's a good movie or not. If you have read the book, then I suggest that you put your knowledge of the book aside and just watch the movie and don't worry if it doesn't follow the book 100%.

I like it. That's my opinion.

It's... a different way of doing the transformation, that's for sure.
What I found to be overused, rather than overdone, was that they needed to jump like that to transform. The characters in the book go "up as man and come down as wolf" only once, if memory serves me right.

I found the glowing effect to a side of enjoyable, but if it was me who directed the movie, I would of kept the transformation true to the book; warping, changing, resizing the bones to house the new body, etc..

Honestly, The glow affect is what immediately took me out of the expirence...I thought they really overused that.
