Sam moved her arm onto Dantes leg. Her arm before had been behind her back which she found incredably uncomfortable, but with her arm on his lap she felt a bit more comfy.

Dante' heart lept, the spirits voce fae with a cry of rage "Sam? Sam?!"

Sam heard HIM call her name and she stirred. She groaned and rolled, wincing at any injurys she lent on. she rolled off his lap and onto the pine needle floor. She groaned again, the pain hurt like hell.

Angel watched and felt everyting that heppened with wonder. She felt Samanthas pain, she felt how Dante was feeling and everything taht was going on.

Dantes heart sunk She rolled AWAY from me he thought

"I cant work with sadness"

Sam rolled back again, and then away and then towards Danter an dthen away and then back.

Angel felt Dantes dispair. She walked over to him and knelt beside him. She put her mouth near his ear and whispered " She's in pain Dante. She has atleast one broken bone and many cuts. Its not you, she is freezing cold too. She found pleasure in your warmth, trust me." soothed Angel. Then she sat infront of Samantha and held both her arms so she stayed still. She soothed her bod and put it in a numbness. She moved Samantha over to Dante so the when she opened her eyes it would be the first thing she saw. then, she gently woke, keeping her from teh pain though.

Sam felt teh hands on her arms but did not find pleasure in the warmth. She want the warmth before that had warmed her to teh core. She slowly woke up. Her eye lids fluttered open and she saw Dantes face. She reached up slowly and touched his cheek, wiping away a faint wet line that went dowqn his face. She studied his face, see unhappinees there. She frowned and felt sad.

Dante smiled slightly.

"Your gonna need to get her to a hospital" said Kaien,Keepimhis voice on a cold level Dnte had only ever heard once before.

"Kaien!" hissed Angel. She made him calm down.

Sam smiled weakly at him. She stroked his cheek remembering why she shouldn't do this but not caring right then. She felt a shot of pain go through her and she winced, bringing the hand that had been stroking Dantes face down to her stomach, where there was an extra nasty cut.

Dante Placed a hand over hers "Don't try and move" he whispered "I'm here"

Kaien glared at her,Knowing he felt calm but not wanting to.

"If you cant keep calm, go!" Angel hissed at him. She stood up and walked over to him. She stood directly infront of him, almost daring him to disobey her. She was feeling a pure hatred for Kaien right then. "He is your brother, and that is his chosen. You ,ade a mistake asking me to watch your family all those years ago, because i've grown fond of them, and i have done everything they and you asked of me. I will not, i repeat will not, alow you to do anything that may make anythng harder for them."

Sam curled into a ball, pain creasing her face. she gasped as all of her pain hit her at once. "Help." she said weakly, a rasp in her vioce.

Kaien Glaed up at her "You know something angel" he growled under his breath "I've grown up, I'm not the gu you knew back then, I know who I am now, SSometimes you must be glad you can't read minds epeccially since I'm not scared of you"

Dante turned to them "Hello! More pressing problem!"

"Leave." said Angel. "You've help your brother, nothing mor for you to do."

Sam started to sweat and gripped at Dantes top, pulling at it and pressing her forehead to his knee. She squezzed her eyes shut and tears appeared.

Danted hgger her to him "ANGEL"

Kaien snarled "You'll regret this Tenshi" he pat and Slipped off

Angel glared after him before turning to Sam again. She rushed over to them. "Dont do that dont do that! Your hurting her more. Your squezzing some very sore places." she said trying to prise them apart, but Sam was holding onto Dante with all her might. "Sorry Dante but you have to get back to Sam's house, and i will have to take her to teh hospital. If you bring her in it will cause suspion on you." explained Angel.

Sam tugged on Dantes shirt as Angel tried to prise her off, not wanting to let go.

"Shh" whispered Dante "I'll see you soon". He looked at Angel "Take care of her"
