Flame dodged a wrestling pair of two-legs and burst from the town, him legs moving fast over the ground.

Smiles A Lit kicked Flame and steered him back to the village, they went around and back to his teepee. He jumped of Flame, landing on his bad shoulder, he cried out in pain.

Francheska:
When Feather got beside Flame she jumped off Flame landing sideways on Feather. She struggled to pull herself onto her back but did manage to do so.
______________

Flame trotted over to Smiles A Lot's herd.

Smiles A Lot came out of his teepee and held out a bandage to her. "Here." he said softly.

Francheska:
It's okay. I said not wanting to stick around, I left in a hurry; Feather running at full speed toward the other town, it was a couple hundred miles away.

Obsidian Rock:
When the battle ended my son passed by me. I grabbed him arm. Zero Wolf. You forgot to duck. I said, looking at his swollen eye. I pulled out my knife and cut over his eye, he flinched. Hold still. I cut diagonal and then I was done. I pressed my fingers against the swollen parts. Blood coming out. Can you see? He blinked a few times and then said yeah. I smiled and walked off.
______________

Smiles A Lot watched her go, 'well that was a heck of a way to say thank you' he thought grimly and walked to the creek, he cleaned his knife and bullet wounds.

Zero Wolf:
I grabbed a deer that I had stashed away and threw it easily in front of Cut Rock. Skin it, or I'll skin you. I said before putting the horses away.
______________

Cuts Rock trembled and looked up "I dont have a knife." she said, returning her gaze to the dead animal.

Zero Wolf:
I came back a couple minutes later. Grabbing her jaws with my hard hands. Pulling her head close to mine. Then make one. I said mean, pushing her. I walked away, not talking about the subject any further.
______________

Cuts Rock stared at the floor in despair. She saw a rock and began to slam it against the ground, it slowly sharpened.

Smiles A Lot bandaged his shoulder and walked through the village.

Zero Wolf:
You have 20 minutes to get that thing skinned and cooked. For your sake you better make it happen. I called back and walked with my father. I could see Battle Cry nip Smiles-A-Lot.
______________

Smiles A Lot ignored the unruly horse, he walked with purpose towards his friend's home.

Cuts Rock glared after her so called 'husband' the man didn't even love her, so she resolved to not think of her as her husband anymore. She dug the rock into the dead animal's side, taking out her frustration an danger on it, she began to cook, anger clearly visible on her face.

Jaguar Paw:
I looked at Cut Rock and sat next to her. You okay? I said with pure concern, no woman should have to put up with Zero Wolf or his mean father.
______________

Cuts Rock looked at him, tears filling her eyes, "No." she cried. She dropped the rock in dismay.

Smiles A Lot strode over to them.

Jaguar Paw:
I patted her on the back. It's okay, they left for a few hours anyway. Take a brake, I said cutting the vine that held her there. I smiled and skinned the deer the rest of the way and cooked it.
______________

Smiles A Lot sat by them, he smiled at Jaguar Paw.

Cuts Rock nodded and smiled, "Thank you."
