"You're telling me you've never had a smoothie?! Okay, get in Alfred's car, we've going to Jamba Juice RIGHT NOW!" Kat exclaimed, horrifiyed that he'd never had her favorite drink. She grabbed his arm and hauled him to his feet.
"Come on, hurry up!" She groaned, now excited to get a smoothie.
"Alfred, we're going to get smoothie's cuz' Arthur's never had one, what do you want? I'm driving!" She called out, she then waited for a call back.

"Virgin Strwaberry and mango daiquiri!" Alfred called, "I'm gonna get a showrr!"
Arthur followed Kat to the car and hopped into the passenger seat. Once they got to the smoothie place he ordered a Mango daiquiri and drank it down. "It's alright." He said, tossing the empty drink in the trash.
"So, you get tired of twenty questions?" Arthur teased as they got back into the car.

Back in the car, Kat sipped her smoothie, Alfred's in her free hand. She set his down in the cup holder then sipped her's some more.
"I guess," She shrugged, answering that she was done with 20 questions. "Why, you still wanna play?"

Arthur shrugged, looking out the window.
"Figured youd want to know more." He answered.

"Meh, I don't care all that much, I just wanted a smoothie. But one more question. Then you can ask about me. Did you..I dunno...Like it when Alfred kissed you?" Kat said sheepishly.

"I'm not sure.." Arthur said, blinking a little. "It was odd. You know, a bit sudden, I didt really have time to think about it. Wouldn't really even count it as a kiss it wa so short." He explained.

"Ah, okay...Yeah, that's cool..." Kat said sheepishly.

"You jealous?" Arthur asked teasingly, a small smirk on his face.

"Maybe." Kat admitted, in the same teasing tone. She let out a sigh and looked at the miles that stretch infront of her "I-I mean...We were friends...Before the 'accident' and he was the only one who didn't treat me like I was a time bomb...He's my best friend, I guess. I just kind of felt...Insulted, you know?" Kat realized that Arthur probably didn;t even know about her parents death.

Arthur chuckled.
"It's kind of obvious you like him Kat, I'm not goin to do anything to break you two apart." He said, as they pulled into the drive way.
"No matter how much I like him." The last part was quieter, bit still audible, as he walked into the house.

Kat heard what Arthur said as he walked away, and for a moment she felt sad. But no, Alfred was all her's. She knew him first, she knew him more. Kat headed inside, and walked around "Alfrreedd!! I got you virgin strawberry, thing, whatever." She called, looking at the smoothie and laughing.

Alfred bounded into the room, and grabbed his smoothie
"You guys have fun?" He asked, smiling goofily. Arthur shrugged.
"It wasn't unbearable."

"I have fun whenever food is involved." Kat joked easily.

Alfred laughed, elbowing Arthur playfully in the ribs.
"Please. Don't touch me." The Brit growled. Alfred held his hands up in a submissive way.
"Dude what's wrong?!" He asked.
"I don't joke around easily. Neither would you if you had four older brothers who always fight with you."

"Wish I had family to fight with..." Kat mummbled, before ducking out of the room. She had scensed the atmospher and had gotten the feeling that family talk was about to erupt. Kat didn't really want to hear about an ungrateful guy's family and how 'terrible' they were. Instead, she walked up to the second guest room and looked around.
