Dax raised an eyebrow. "I'm truly sorry about all this, Tron is an idiot. I should have watched him more closely... it's my fault."

"No... you're fine, I get the possibility to start a family... and if not, we'll start a family." she said.

Dax smiled, yet turned his head to one side. "Yeah... that would be nice." he said.

Link chuckled and set her head on her paws.

Dax stood, his head swum and he fell, he grunted, and stood, his head hurt this time, but he didn't fall.

Link was worried about him but still made the best of it.

6 weeks later...

It was true, she was baring pups now... it's just a few weeks left until she is due...

Dax hadn't heard anything from his brother, he was glad. He hoped that the pups would look something like him and Link so he could just say he was their father. He was hunting for her now, stalking silently after a small deer herd, or groups since they didn't always stay together.

Link slept soundly the pups kicking a little bit. But... she still felt happy.

Dax stalked towards one, he jumped up and jumped on the smaller of the two.

Link bolted awake, having a bad dream about Tron attacking her again... She whimpered a little bit and kept her head up.

Dax killed the poor thing quickly, he drug it back to the den, he had dug a storage room of sorts, which could be directly accessed from the main den. He covered the entrance again and went to get Link.

Link looked at him when he came in, "Morning." she said softly.

Flutterby · **Posted:** Mon Dec 05, 2011 7:26 pm

"Morning." He said, greeting her likewise. "There is fresh venison is the storage den if your hungry." he said.

InfiniteChaos · **Posted:** Mon Dec 05, 2011 7:29 pm

Link nodded, "I-I'm not hungry..." she said and set her head back down.

Dax nodded, "Okay." he said. He smiled slightly and lay down next to her.
