Ava slept soundly through the night, she woke in the morning to a slight light in the sky. She rose and stretched, she walked to the entrance, glancing back at Skylar.

Skylar: He was laying on his side. Still asleep. His red rag in full view and it was darker than before. He must had slept on it wrong and made his wound bleed again.

Ava walked back to him, she nosed his shoulder gently.

Skylar: He twitched and woke up. He smiled at Ava.

Ava smiled back and looked at his shoulder wound.

Skylar: It's okay. He smiled and got up. He went outside and looked for something to get Ava for breakfast. He found a deer and went the the hunting process and killed it. He drug it back to Ava.

"Thanks.." Ava said, nuzzling him, and then she took a bite out of it, savoring the flavor.

Skylar: Welcome. He smiled, sat down, and waited for her to eat her fill. It would always be like this. He always let the girls eat first.

Ava looked up at him, "You know.. from what I've observed mates to future mates eat together." she said.

Skylar: I know. I'm letting you eat your fill before I start to eat anything. He had been raised that way and he had raised Stormy that way too.

Ava shrugged, she turned back to the deer, and after a few minutes, she sat back, and stared at it.

Skylar: When he knew she was done he began to eat. He ate a lot and cleaned off the rest of the deer. Or most of the rest. Stormy at whatever was left.

Stormy: Hi. He didn't know Ava at all. He was shy so he pulled one ear back and the other perked up.

"Sooo, Stormy.. your father is Skylar right?" she asked. She knew that that he was, but she knew Stormy didn't know her. She looked back at Skylar and grinned.
