OOC: Okay, hope you both pardon the double-post. But, this serves as more of a BUMP/ update anyways. I'll be able to be online more frequently now; are you still interested in continuing this one? 0:)

OOC: Aww!!! Warm fuzzies! Thanks Windancer! Also, gonna go ahead and continue with Sespyn just in case Moki Hunter wants to continue too Bic: Sespyn glanced at the ground awkwardly. "No, I'll be fine.." he began to protest; a knee suddenly buckled and threatened to collapse. "...Fine," he mumbled, loathing himself for splurging his energy to the point of near desperation and helplessness...to catch a dragon? And then later accept help from said dragon? It wasn't only his pride at stake, but more importantly the pride of the other male; realization that the entire mess was wholly his fault didn't help things either.
"But you don't have to carry me the entire way," he quickly added. "I'll be capable of handling the rest myself once we're about a mile or so from 'camp'." He paused for a moment before softly muttering, "No sense in making this anymore humiliating on account of me."

Aaron nodded, growing a faint smile on the scales of his lips. He flapped his giant wings and took himself down, lowering his head to allow the nymph to climb on. He gazed at the male, not really as humiliated as he might think both he and Aaron were. As he waited for Sespyn, he said simply and with the friendliest tone he could conjure up, "You don't have to suffer on account of your pride. Or mine, for that matter. It's not a problem, and besides. If it weren't for me, you wouldn't be in this mess. It's the least I could offer."

Sespyn chuckled. "Well, I suppose that makes us even then," he replied. "At least for now, anyways," he added with a grin.
The countryside blurred underneath them as the sparse trees of the mountain side trembled and the grasslands of it's base flattened prostrate to their roots in response to the awesome power of Aaron's wings. For a moment, Sespyn allowed himself to drink in the artificial currents as the wind combed its unruly fingers through his dark hair. "So how did you all band together anyways?"
*** Lyllii wiped beads of sweat from her brow, giddy in spite of herself with the irony of her accomplishment. A plant who sets fires? Well why not? Some plants grow from them! She quickly straightened herself from her stooped position, rabidly dusting her hands off onto her already hopelessly soiled trousers. "Um, err, Kasha, Maiya, I... built a fire, so..." she called awkwardly, cheeks flushed in humiliation. Her pride quickly deflated at the memory for it.

Aaron thought for a moment after Sespyn's question. He continued soaring through the skies, feeling the wind hit through his scales and enjoying the feeling of freedom once more. "You know, to be honest, I'm not exactly sure. I met Lyllii and Kasha a little ways back, but after that I guess more started flooding into the group. Not such a bad thing, I guess," He said, turning his head to look at Sesypn. He gave a faint, dragon like smile, and then turned back to see what was before him: clear skies with a shining sun overhead.

Sespyn grunted in reply; the wind's whispering melody lulling him as he struggled to remain consious. The air gradually began to feel distinctly wetter as the humidity began to rise, stirring him out of his stupor just as evening began its reign. "Aaron, I think we're getting close; I could sense a stream outside that cave, and I'd imagine that the others would camp near it for the night. Do you see it?"

Kasha's steely gaze softened somewhat. She knew Lyllii hated fire. "Thanks," she said, her voice soft. It was rare for the anthro to swallow her pride, but she figured she could make an exception...just this once.
Maiya relaxed, a smile spreading across her face. She hated it when people argued, but thankfully, the arguing seemed to be over. "Hey, if someone can get some water and a pot, I have some dried meat and a few greens I was saving I could make some soup."

Lyllii grinned in return. "One moment," she replied with an impish grin. She once again marched towards Sespyn's gear, rummaged through the sack, and pilfriged a medium sized pot. "Ooh, he's so gonna hate me!" she chuckled, holding her prize over her head for both Kasha and Maiya to observe. "Right, I'll be back," she said before skipping back towards the stream.

Maiya grabbed her small pack and pulled out two small pouches. One was full of dried meat, slightly crumbled, but still fine...hopefully. Ah, well. At least the boiling water would soften it up some. She then emptied out the pouch of herbs, mainly things like basil and chives, though she had found katniss roots at one point, which would make a nice addition to the meal. The leaves were slightly battered, but since they would be used mainly for seasoning anyway, it was fine. Satisfied, she grabbed a small spoon out of her bag. She actually enjoyed cooking, and though it probably took up unnessesary room, she always kept at least a spoon in her pack.
Kasha came over, raising an eyebrow at the meat. "Is that even edible?" she asked, a slightly teasing note underlying the question.
Maiya gave her a look. "Yes," she said. "It's just a little...crumbly. It'll taste better than it looks."

Lyllii knelt down, partially submerging one end of the pot underneath the frigid waters of the mountain stream. A sword tip lifted her chin, hovering just inches away from her jugular.
"Oh, what have we here?" sneered the man. "A woman, lost in the woods? Heh, don't worry lassy, I'll get ya home...eventually."
A breeze tickled her cheek, slightly ruffling her hair as it left. 'A fire,' she thought darkly, 'and not even a strong one at that.' A smirk tugged at the corners of her lips; she obliged. Slowly, she allowed the sword tip to guide her to her feet, her hands still keeping their white-knuckle grip around the pot's handles. Silently, she willed a vine to entangle itself around his left foot.
"Actually," Lyllii confessed, "I don't have a home."
The man's leer darkened.
"Because I don't need one." At this, she quickly edged away from the sword and swung her pot of water at the man, emptying its contents of nearly a gallon's worth of water.
The man, taken by surprise turned to try and avoid the attack, but in vain. His foot secured, he quickly plummeted to the earth with a dull thud and landed sharply on his back, the wind knocked out of him. With a rush, three more vines sprouted from the earth and pinned his other three limbs.
Lyllii smirked deviously down at the man. "Next time, hunt what doesn't bite back, coward!" she snarled. Her staff uncoiled itself from around her arm, resolidifying into her right hand. She slowly pointed one end towards the man's chin, slipped it underneath, and began to gradually apply pressure to his throat, bloodlust gleaming in her dark eyes. But just as suddenly the urge came, it left; Lyllii snapped out of it, horrified at what she just tried to do.
She dropped the staff to the ground with a shaky hand, trembling and breathing heavily with widened eyes. She couldn't do it -wouldn't!- not like this. She backed into a tree, and called to her friends.
"Kasha!"

Kasha immediatly leapt up, her staff unsheathed and ready for action. A snarl on her face, ears back, she raced towards Lyllii. Immediatly, she saw the horrified look in her friend's dark eyes, and the man on the ground, tied down with hastily grown vines. "You okay?" She asked, concern layering her voice heavily.
And angry gleam in her amber eyes, she whirled towards the man, jabbing her staff under his chin, the hardened tip pressed warningly into his throat. "You messed with the wrong nymph," she growled, a hiss edging her words.

"Yes...I mean NO! Oh, I'm not hurt," Lyllii sputtered. "Kasha, I-I tried to kill him!"
The man's eyes widened. "This wench is a nymph?" he gasped horsely as the pressure against his windpipe increased. "Monsters...the lot of you!"
"You humans are all alike! I hate you all!" Lyllii screamed, collasping to her knees. "You see something that looks good to the eye and try to take it for yourself, but once you find out it's different... Who died and granted you exterminator? Huh?"
The man's eyes fluttered as he continued to fight his bonds and gasp for air.
"You attacked me...you would have hurt me! Why can't I end you?" Lyllii demanded, rage and inner turmoil causing her to shake even harder. A cold sweat began to cloak her limbs and soak through her already grubby garments. "But...I won't! It's wrong!"
