Jamie waved before he left and noticed that her Aunt ad been watching them she blushed again and started to walk to Gryffindor common room. She walked up to the Fat Lady and said,"Gillyweed," then the door swung open. She walked up into the dormitory and started to write a letter to her granddad.

Steven smiled and said goodbye to the other gryffindors before heading towards the stair cases. When he was sure no-one was watching, Steven turned into a brown and black dog and padded up the staircases (note: he turns into his dog form to get to places faster, or to protect his friends from bullies). He soon came to the fat lady and said. "Ummm, gillyweed, is it?" He asked, he wasn't too sure, but he had heard the other gryffindors mention it to him. "Coooorrreeect!" Sang the fat lady. Steven padded through the door and then muttered. "Boy does she need singing lessons." Once Steven was in the common room, he padded past Jamie and slowly walked up the narrow stairway that led to the boys dormitory. His paws made a click-clack sound on the stone floor. Steven turned back into his human form and turned the knob on the door and pushed the door open. He then chose a bed that wasn't taken.

"Well, she is a friend, and this part of the conversation her and i had is between me and her, i can't reveal it," Lucien said, he got up and stopped behind Rebecca, "It is something i must know, on my own, someday, you'll understand why." Lucien then lifted one foot but put it back down and also stated, "Rebecca your my friend, you'll always be my friend, we were friends when you first got here...." he then froze, "There is something your not telling me Rebecca, when ever i'm alone with Jamie, you seem to be there, pulling me aside, it's like you have a crush on me,"

Rebecca's eyebrows pulled together. "Me crush you?" she asked then laughed. "I'm sorry Lucien, I don't. I just dont want you near a Gryffindor," she started and looked back down at her plate.

Jamie wrote on her parchment, 'Dear Grandad, I've had a wonderful first day, there's a couple of things you simply wouldn't believe. First, there's a Diggory descent. Second, there's a Black descent. He's a first year and claims to be Serious's little brother. Do you know anything about him? Love you, write back!'Jamie folded the letter and put it in an envelope, sealing it. She stroked her owl a couple of times then told her to take the letter to her grandad. Hedwig took off out the window. She watched as she disapeared from sight. She layed down on her bed, hands behind her head and legs crossed, waiting for a reply and for midnight to come.

Thomas left the Great Hall and went to the Fat Lady,"Gillyweed," he said and walked in as the painting swung open. He walked up to the dormitory, seeing the dog in the dorm, he stared for a minute then lay down on his bed.

Skye sighed and pushed her plate away. She stood up and walked out of the Gret Hall and to the Gryffindor common room. "Gillyweed," she said and the door swung open. She climbed the stares to the bed room but stopped when she saw Jamie. "What are you doing?" she asked her.

Noticing that the girl that called herself Skye had left, Rosaline desided to leave aswell. She rushed out of the Great Hall but turned a corner secretly. Suddenly, she began to morph into a brown and white wolf-like dog. She padded back near the great hall door, but hid in the shadows. Once she cought the scent of the Skye girl, she dashed after her, hoping no one noticed her.
"Gillyweed," the door swumg open and she ran inside. Her claws made a ticking sound against the stone floor but she continued. She suddenly froze when she saw another dog on the couch who suddenly turned towards her. (Steven Black.)

Jamie shrugged,"Waiting for my grandad to reply to my letter," she said simply and noticed her owl had come back, with a letter tied to her leg. She grinned and untied the letter form Hedwig's leg and opened the letter. She read it quickly and glanced at the clock, 11:30. She sighed and lay back down,"That was him," she said to Skye.

Headmistress watched as the students slowly started to leave the Great Hall. She picked at her plate a bit before standing up and starting to leave.

'Another animagus?Thought Steven, staring at the other dog. Steven turned back into his human form and stared at the flames in the fire, he remembered how his brother used to contact him. Steven smiled slightly but then frowned when he thought of Bellatrix. "Hmph, she was deranged and weird, but who would've thought that she was the one who killed Sirius." Steven muttered under his breath.

Lucien sat on the couch they had in the slytherin common room, 'Midnight is slowly coming,' he said to himself, he looked at his watch he wore, it was an old fashioned one, he took his necklace and put it around his neck, "Time to wait," he said to himself

Tilly got up and began walking to the Slytherin common room, making sure her first year houses students got there,

Jamie sighed and glanced at her watch for about the 20th time. 11:50 she decided she would head over to the Room Of Requirement. She snatched her invisibility cloak and letter and headed out of the dormitory with her cloak on. She pushed open the portrait and set out to the halls,"Lumos," she wispered and her wand lit up. She half ran half walked to the Room of Requirement. She repeated 'Mschief' three times and the door appeared. She grinned and walked into the empty room and sat on the floor, waiting for Lucien to arrive.

LUcien sat up from the couch and looked at his watch 5 minutes till midnight, he got up and left the Slytherin common room and headed toward the Room of Requirnment, and repeated the word Mischief three times, and entered, he saw Jamie and walked up to her, "Hey Jamie, go here as quick as i can," he paused for a bit, "So did you find out who that Steven Black is?"

john couldn't sleep.he looked around the room john took out his wand.before he got on the train he carved his name into it.it read John.L.Philipps.he carved his name in it with a pocket knife he got when he was ten.his father owned it since he was ten by john's grandpa.he hid his knife in his back pocket.then john fell asleep.

charles went to the gryffindor common to wake up jesicca and jason for their detension.

Now, usually, Lily would be a good ickle head of House and make sure ALL her students we're in the common room, but she decided the she wanted the information first. She opened the letter, and as she did, a tear dropped from her eye. She instantly rose and walked out the staff door, to then throw herself on the staff sofa to cover her face. McGonagall was dying, she was at a critical state, heart failure, liver problems, suffering from the effects of 4 stunning spells a few years back. This was not good, the women was over 130... And she was dying.

Neville had just returned from the great hall, and saw Lily in such a state. "Lily, what's up?" He asked, and got an official letter from St. Mungo's thrown in his face, he looked at the letter and his expression was one never to forget. "Oh... That's... Bad" He said allowing the letter to be passed around.

"Tell the headmistress, I think she would want to know." She said, giving the letter back to Neville.
