Info *this is not a bio form!!! However, you may use any nformation from this that you like.*:

Breed: Fledling
Habitat: grasslands, mountains, forests, badlands
Diet: mainly any natural horse food, but when the change at night time they become carnivores
About the Breed: Fledlings are extreemly anti-social creatures, with very few exceptions. You will never find more than three fledlings together at once, as they dislike any kind of company, especially from their own kind. They remain 'normal' colored during the day, but once the sun goes down they turn into winged carniverous horses, growing a full row of canines in the front of their mouth and bone-crushing moalars th the back. They do have forked tounges in both thei normal and winged form, a usefull feature when they are hunting blindly at night, and for detecting other horses and possible mates.

They are immortal, and can only be killed by a broken heart. They rarely get sick, their immune system is incredibly strong. Despite this, they are not unable to feel pain, and in fact they have very frigile skin that can be cut and broken easily. They are naturally drawn to darkness, and draw strength from the moon, thus they are much stronger and have more accute senses in their winged from. Fledlings are unable to stand extreeme heat(they are actually weak in the sunlight, thougt it is tollerable), and so they stay far away from any deserts and try to stay in the shade.

Fledlings, though usually very anti-social, are incredibly curious creatures. However they strive to kep their true form a sectret, prefering to remain in anonimity from other horses. Because it is a very difficult secret to keep, fledlings are often reluctant to get close to anyone, fearing they will reveal their secret.

Fledlings can only be made by breeding two together or a female fledling and any other male equestrian creature together. The gender of the fledling can be affected be the temperature(hot-girl; cool-boy), the time of day, (daytime- male; night- female), or the season (winter, late summer, late autumn-male; early autumn,early spring and summer- female).
The mother fledling stays with her foal (fledlings may only produce one foal per mating season) until it reaches the age of two. Then either the mother or the offspring abbandon each other. The father leaves the mother during the child-rearing time, because females are more prone to violence while they have something to protect. They usually only return if they enjoy each other's company(a rare case) or usually to mate.
The mother of a Fledling is very seldom a female of another equestrian species for many reasons, some being that the young fledling has to be taught how to fly by the mother, who is the only parent who takes care of them in their early stages, and because their offspring are not above killing their defensless mother to feed. If the fledling has a mother of another species, they are 50% percent likely to be born without wings, sometimes the ability to eat meat, and sometimes the strange colorings, or a numer of other birth defects because the amount of Fledling blood flowing through them will be deluted by being born through another species. However, it is possible to breed a fully-functioning fledling with another species of equestrian creature as its mother.

Other: breed strictly (c) to ME. I will not allow anyone to make their own Fledling ever, you will simply have to wait until I post a new batch or request one.

2. You MUST get their colors and patterns correct. No exceptions.

3. Obviously include a pic. I suppose I will accept lineart, but I don't really know where you'd get Fledling lineart...Renders are good too. ;]

4. Please make your bios REALISTIC. An example of a non-realistic bio:
'...History: He was born in a stable and raised by a sweet girl. The girl tought her to not eat meat and they became friends. Now he is happy!'
ok, a) my breed is very anati-social and b) totally unrealistic. Do you get what I'm saying?

5. Bio can be whatever you want,(ex: name, age, personality, location, likes, dislikes....ect.) however it must state the breed and it must be detailed.

Name: Tsukiyo
Gender: cool temp, was during a cool late autumn day, so he's male
Breed: Fledling (with Shire horse blood)
Habitat: forests
Diet: grazes under the trees during the day, and at night he hides in them to ambush his passing prey.

Likes and Dislikes: doesn't like many things. her perfers hunting because it keeps him more active than grazing and he likes the taste. he doesn't like humans, hasn't much problems with other equines or fledlings, but would rather they stay away from his territory.
Other: He's lived in the same place all his life, and lives alone, fighting other predators including humans for his territory. Dam was a Fledling, and sire was a Shire. His father left them just after he was born, and he was chased away by his mother when he was almost two to live on his own. He perfers living toward the top of his mountain where it's cooler, and comes down towards the bottom and middle to hunt during the night.
