Aleu was mad at herself for allowing Niju by her but she'd get pay back for that. She leapt on Niju's back and with all the force she could put behind the blow, she drove her nails into Niju's eye and tore back as hard as she could, intending to remove the organ from its socket. "Niju! Leave my family out of this!"
Kodi softly set his daughter down, concerned for her but he was angered at Niju, as well as concerned for his mate. He ran over to her and nudged her.

Katie yelped, hitting the ground as the smaller furry projectile. She opened her eyes softly, looking at what appeared to be an eyeball roll in the snow. She couldn't stand it, and started to gag from the very thought of such a horrendous sight. But, who had hit her? "Lena..." she stood up, brushing past Kodi and frantic. "Where's Lena?! Is...is she alright??" she asked urgently, tears in her eyes.

"She's alive, she's unconsious but alive, we need to have her leg fixed though and you know what that means." said Kodi, knowing only a vet could set their daughter's broken leg but not wanting to take her back to town.
Aleu snarled at Niju. "You'd better run!"

Katie gasped, looking to Lena and hurrying herself, snuggling her daughter close. "Oh, oh my Lena, baby...Please, are you okay sweetheart?" tears ran down her cheeks and her chest heaved. She was too overcome to even give a snarl at Niju.

Kodi was trying to be strong for Katie but tears came from his eyes. He put his ear to his pup's chest. "She's still breathing, at least she's still alive." he said.

Kodi couldn't believe Lena was hurt so bad. "Let's get he back to the den where she's safe. Tai, help us please." he said, he could of picked her up by the scruf but he didn't want to risk hurting her.

((THis is going to be pretty bad...but I will get back into the groove of rping again...))
Pain was all that was radiating through the young female's body. Her eyes were closed but in a way could still see, her ears were bleeding but could still hear her parents and her family speaking to her, telling her it will be okay and that she was going to live. She started to shift when a small whimper was emitted through her vocals as a sign to let her know that she was alive. Her once nice coat was now caked in blood mixed with dirt and her leg seemed to be twisted in some weird fashion that was just not normally. It was pain, noises and the feeling of the cold ground that she could tell what was going on. Something was said about her leg being broken and slowly opened her eyes as she said hi... She felt the tears stinging her eyes as she noticed the pain in her leg but didn't dare look at it. She turned her eyes to her father as he was carrying her back to the den......

Kodi's heart was greiving, he'd let his daughter down. "Lena, please forgive me, I didn't protect you and I should have." he said softly, looking at the broken leg.
Aleu walked beside Kodi, feeling bad because she'd been in charge of watching Lena and failed. "No its my fault, you put me in charge of her and I let this happen, its my fault." she said. Soon her a Kodi started argueing about who's fault it was, both trying to take the blaim.

Katie sniffed, tears still going down her face as she walked on Kodi's other side. She couldn't take it...These two siblings were fighting...And it was her fault!! She yelled, tears unyeilding. "Stop it! BOTH of you! It's my fault my daugther is hurting! Not any of yours!!"

Aleu and Kodi felt ashamed for fighting. Aleu took Lena so Kodi could comfort Katie. "It isn't your fault Katie, it isn't any of ours fault...its Niju's and Steele's, they're responsable for this, not us." he said. "And Niju has already paid with his eye." he said. "Now we need to take care of Lena."
Cachen ran out to his parents. "Mom, dad, were's Lena, is she alright?" he asked. He saw Lena and froze, looking green in the face at the sight of the blood, being hemophobic. He buried his face in Katie's chest, to try and comfot both her and him and not throw up. He was close to Katie, he didn't like to she her cry.
