There's a second entrance into Wayward cave that is hidden under Cycling Road. Just go to the back and position yourself so that you can't see you character (because you're under the road). Now, press up. If you don't move up into the cave, go deeper under the road by one square and try again. The entrance should be near the left edge of the road.

Lol. It took me FOREVER to find that cave. XD I was searching for a Gible, and I couldn't find it in the upper levels when I realized I was looking in the wrong area. -ish stupid-

Don't have a DS so can't get them =/

Let's see...
Arceus, Darkrai, and Shaymin are all event pokemon for the 4th generation that trainers get from going to a Nintendo event. Because Nintendo hasn't held a such event, there is no way to get these pokemon legally... yet.

Manaphy is a special pokemon the trainers get from beating Pokemon Rangers on DS, completing a special mission, and transferring the Manaphy egg from said mission to Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (using two DS systems). Being that I don't have this pokemon, I can't help you.

Mew was an event pokemon way beck in the 1st generation. Being that those games are outdated, Mew was also an event pokemon in the 3rd generation when Pokemon Emerald ca,e out. The Mew Nintendo events have passed so getting one is really hard.

Jirachi was also an event pokemon, but he's easier to get than Mew is because there were more ways to get him. Unlike Mew, trainers can get Jirachi from a Bonus Disk that cam with pre-ordering the Game Cube game Pokemon Colosseum. Trainers can also use the rare Game Cube Game Pokemon Channel to get him.

All event pokemon and pokemon that come from other games don't actually count to completing the PokeDex. Sure, they have numbers like all the other pokemon, and you'll have spaces in the PokeDex, but the game will still reward you for a complete PokeDex if you have all the other pokemon.
That being said, Entei, Raikou, Suicune, and Magmortar are not event or special pokemon and count to the completion of the PokeDex.

Entei, Raikou, and Suicune all appear in Pokemon Colosseum for the Game Cube and are catchable. Once a trainer beats the final boss of the game and purifies the pokemon from the shadow (a game mechanic) they'll be able to trade pokemon with Pokemon FireRed, LeafGreen, Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, then transfer them to Pokemon Diamond/Pearl with the Pal Park.
Additionally, trainers get the chance to catch one of these pokemon in Pokemon FireRed/LeafGreen. Based on which pokemon the trainers starts with, one of the three legendary beasts will start running around the Kanto region when the trainer beats the Elite Four for the first time.

Magmortar is the last evolution in the Magmar evolution tree. Once a Magby evolves into a Magmar, give it the Magmarizer item to hold and trade it with another trainer. That'll evolve it.

While I am unwilling to trade my Mew, Jirachi, Entei, Raikou, or Suicune, I may be able to help you with Magmortar. But I must know what you have in it's evolution tree.
