I just finished one more piccy of Hinto and family because I have been on holiday for a while and I haven't been able to do to many drawings of him, only two and he is so cute to draw anyways this is just a pic of what Hinto must be doing now with the other pups before he goes to a new home with a very lucky owner *by the way I forgot to say in my other post congrats to the winner and a big pat on the back* well here it is...

First of all, we (Draco and Catwhohas14tails) would like to thank everyone who entered this contest, all of your submissions were great. And thank you all for being patient since this contest began way long ago XD

Note, this contest is not based on skill, but on the ideas and future ideas you had for Hinto.

It was tough picking out our favorite out of all the entries, but in the end we both came to a final decision.

So congradulations to our winner: TikTac!

NAME: Hinto
AGE: 6-7 months
GENDER: Male
PERSONALITY: Protective and Often Confused
PLAN: Hinto would be an amazing character to have... not only because Kiona and Achak totally rock together and a pup of theirs would be a huge honor, but also because I've been needing a character to be in my 'Deadlands' series.Hinto would become a major character in the story plot.

Well, the fanfic is on hold until I find out the contest's outcome of course, but I plan to do more with him than just the fic. He'll have his own intro fic that'll tie in with Kiona and Achak's story. He may or may not get a mate, because everyone makes him a mate and blah blah blah he might just not be that kinda guy, ya never know. IF he does have a mate, she'll be a wolf he meets under NORMAL circumstances, not through forbidden controversial overdone love sap XD Hinto would live to be an old wolfie alpha of his own pack and die peacefully in his sleep. His mate(if he has one) would run the pack til his son(or daughter, dunno yet) would take over.

Hinto will occasionally visit his parents, but he won't join their pack because he wants his own. He'll also be an enemy to Aleu's pack, cause Aleu sucks.

He might also make an appearance in some of my other fanfics later on, like in my Kaltag/Jenna story.

A small red pup skittered across the ice. His tannish-grey back fluff was shining with frost and his bright blue eyes were wide in fear.
His puppy paws gripped the frozen lake as he pushed himself forward, heading for the one place he knew was safe.
" The Deadlands.." he thought.
That was where he could hide, hide from the terrible noises and sights of humans and blood. He bounded forward, seeing the cavelike entrance to the Deadlands looming in the fog.
And he saw something else. Close behind him, what looked like a dog team was soming up fast. Hinto gasped and swirled around in confusion. What now? Run or stay put or... what? Hinto made his decision in a heartbeat as he bolted forward, narrowly beating the dogs into the pass. He ran out into the cold, isolated plains as the teasm sped to the river. Hinto skidded to a halt clumsily as he stopped to overlook the team's proceedings.
