I had a feeling that would be the response, but I figured I'd make the offer anyway.

Well I talked it over with Drew, but she wants to know what exactly would you add to it?

Wait...are we talking about this rough version or an actual Balto 4 being released?

We're talking about this fan-produced thing, dude. There is no official Balto 4 movie coming out. That's already been talked about all over the Balto forums. Anything related to Balto that goes beyond the three official movies is simply fan works. So unless Universal Studios suddenly has a massive change of perspective about the Balto properties, the three official movies are it, officially.

Well whatever this fan thing Balto has, I hope its good.

That's a good question. Seeing as we know hardly anything about Balto's parents, I probably wouldn't be much help polishing dialogue. If you don't have a storyline, then I might be able to make some suggestions in that department. Ultimately, my contributions would depend largely on what's already in place. A guy can't build until he knows what he's building on.

I do have some acting experience, so vocals would probably be a good place for me.

I appreciate everyone's offer to help but we aren't looking for any voice actors or anyone to help with a script. What you are seeing is a rough cut of what we have going on. For those of you saying the animation isn't up to par as Cat stated before a lot of this is old. We also aren't being paid to do this project, it is on our own time and we've been very busy. We all go to school have jobs etc. So the animation isn't going to be top-notch, we do our best and I hope you all can appreciate the hard work that has been put into the short and enjoy it.

We are open to suggestions about Ruslan and Aniu and any key points, significant things you would like to see added into the story. I cannot promise they will be used but we will take them into account and if any suggestions fit into final draft of this story you will receive creditation.

What I can confirm to you is this story will be about Balto's Parents meeting, we are working on finalizing the details of the small short we are making. This is completely fan made, it will not be a series (we just don't have the time).

Again, I do appreciate the offer of voices, help in writing etc. but this project is going to be kept on a small scale. It was just much to complicated the last time when we tried to expand it and had a bunch of people on staff.

Finally, in response to the trolling rumors I've been seeing, I am 22 years old. I do not have time to troll a Balto fan-site, if I post something it is legitimate.

As for suggestions, I suppose you've already at least considered it happening in the middle of some kind of conflict (say, between two packs or within Aniu's pack when the others find out she's been fraternizing with a dog).

EDIT: It might make things interesting to have someone in there who's playing both sides of the court (i.e. their real views and/or allegiances on some central conflict such as Aniu's choice of a mate may not be entirely clear).
