I doubt it will ever be released... Officially they're still working on it, but I haven't seen any progress in a year or so.

I dunno what the guy is talking about can someone make it more simple?

Update: December 29th, 2007

Release Date Details: There is no set release date, but I promise it will be released within this month. The only thing keeping us from releasing this is POST PRODUCTION. All animation has been COMPLETED. We are now in the process of colouring and compiling everything, this takes a while and we are finally getting the extra help we need. I would love to have released this January 1st but I will be on vacation till the 5th so expect it to be released probably withing a week or so after that.

Full Metal Ranger will be voice acting RUSLAN and I will have who made the final character cameo list up by tomorrow.

Character Cameo's

Because of some of the scenes in the first episode require a lot of wolves and dogs, we have thought it over and rather then design a batch full of new characters for a few seconds of animation why not use some of the fans? This is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Please post your character reference sheet with a description in the topic, we will then decide whether to accept the character or not.

17 Fan-Characters!? How can I get my character in your project?

Character CAMEOS are being put in the first episode. Previously we held a contest for something similar. Dark_Wolf won but her character was for a PART in THE STORY. The cameo’s are for a short scene, your character will be distinguishable by it’s markings. They will not be speaking, we simply do not have the resources to do so. They will be Aniu’s pack mates and Ruslan’s fellow sled dogs. The contest will be first come first serve.

Cameo RULES

* Please no insanely complex markings
* No wings, horns etc.
* Natural colours only {We will allow deep purples, red’s like Jenna’s but please no bright yellow huskies etc.}
* Wolves and dogs ONLY

We have the right to refuse a design, we have only so much time to do this so we cannot have some very random complex character with like three heads.

Previous Updates:
After a massive fan response to our teasers, test animations, emails and forums, we have decided to change the project. Since the announcement of the "B4" almost two years ago, we have worked hard. Though not much as been released, we have never given up. With the help of our fans and the most amazing staff of people I have had the pleasure of working with. It has been decided, Balto 4: Legends Never Die is being changed to a Series. We are unsure of how many episodes will air. They will be approximately 1 to 2 mins. long. Revolving around everything from puppy hood to adulthood. Anna, Bindy and Jack will still be in the Production and who knows, maybe we will introduce a few other new character's along the way. Updates are to come, I hope you enjoy the High Definition Teaser Trailer, the entire staff seriously pulled an amazing effort to get this out there. Thank you so much Lioncourt for getting me a recording on such short notice, to Greykitty and Denny for your help with the editing and composing the beautiful music to this project. Grah and Cat for putting forth an effort in helping me with the art of the teaser. Also to all the animators who are on this project, you do such a beautiful job, thank you! I would also like to thank the team of voice actors, though small they are absolutely amazing! So talented! We have a new voice for Bindy, who I have no doubt will be amazing. Also a wonderful friend of mine has generously agreed to help out with the script. She is an amazing screenwriter so hopefully we can expect big things.

Everyone who worked on this project is pretty old now. We all work full time and for those of us who are still in college we are jugging full time jobs and school. If we do finish it we will release it on our own time, as of right now we are on a hiatus. If it happens, it happens. I cannot and will not promise anything.
