Shane yelped loudly as Everett kicked him in the throat, and claw his face. Blaine felt tears sting his eyes at his brother's call for help, and Shane fell away, gasping for breath.

Everett growled and snapped at Blaine, trying to shield him off to set himself free.

Reed had left Everett and slunk over to Shane, who was thriving in pain over the cuts on his face. Blaine barely heard anything but his heart pounding loudly in his ears, and stole a glannce at his helpless brother. He was then knocked to the ground.

Once they were all off of him, Everett took off like a bullet, as far as possible from the trio.

Blaine spat out a curse and bolted after Everett, leaving his friends behind. This was one mission he refused to fail at. Reed nuzzled Shane lightly, and growled and muttered a curse. "Im going to hurt that...ugh! look what he did to my FACE!" Shane cried, and Reed frowned.

Everett jumped clear over the river and through the thick bushes, getting further and further away.

Blaine only sped up as he reached the river, rocketing himself over, just barely able to see Everett. He snarled, and began to speed up, making Everett seem closer and closer with every painful stride.

Everett glanced back a few times, noticing Blaine was gaining on him, this only made him speed up, pushing himself past his limits.

Blaine panted heavily, Everett's blood stained his lips, his paws thudded heavily on the wet earth. He was so close now, he couldn't give up. He pushed himself harder, and chomped down on the very end of Everett's tail, ripping off some fur.

Everett yanked his tail away, yelping as fur was ripped out. He leapt into the air, trying to get further away.

As Everett lept, Blaine dashed under him, trying to get a good shot at his throat; for his jugular vein.

Everett landed heavily on Blaine, quickly snapping back to avoid Blaine's snapping teeth.

Blaine yelped loudly, as his leg was crushed. He snarled and snapped angrily at Everett, only to fall in agony and pain. He whined, and faced his now swelling leg.

The brown wolf used the opportunity to quickly dash off, away from Blaine.

Blaine, having no energy to chase him, lay down his head and whined. He turned his head around once more to gaze angrily at his broken leg.
