Shinx nodded, sitting up straight and trying repeatedly to get a tuff of hair down to look proper.
Glameow smiled. "Alright, lead the way, Buizel."

Buizel smiled and said "Okay." He walked to Kangaskhan's door and knocked three times.

Kangaskhan openned the door and smiled. "Hi kids, how are you?"

Buizel smiled and said "We are doing good. How are you, ma'am? Could Shinx stay with you until 5? My team wants to go on a mission before 5 so we can be in the tournament."

Kangaskhan nodded. "Sure, I'll bring her over later, I was going to take my nephew to see it, he loves stuff like that."
"You have a nephew?" asked Riolu, blinking.
Kangaskhan nodded. "Yeah, my sister adopted him but at her hometown people aren't too fond of his species, so she's sending him here to have a fresh start."

Buizel smiled and asked "Could we ask what he is? And is Empoleon here?"

"He's a Zorua, cute little tyke," said Kangaskhan smiling. "He's a little younger than you, still young but not as young as Shinx," she explained. "I'll get Empoleon."
Riolu gasped. "A Zorua...could it be the same one..." she asked under her breath, wondering if it was the same Zorua she knew.

Buizel looked at Riolu and said "You look like you just seen a ghost. Do you know a Zorua that matches that discription?"

"Yeah...back at the orphanage...he got it worse from Milotic than I did..." said Riolu. "He's the son of an outlaw, a real nut who killed his own mate. Milotic considered Zorua a "demon seed" and tortured him...at the time he was even younger than Shinx, so I did my best to protect him," she said, remembering. "I'd take the blame for something she accused him of so she'd have to beat me instead of him, or hide him when she was looking for him...when I ran off, that's why I risked telling the cops, for his sake..."

Buizel smiled and said "It seems like you love him. I'm glad you found someone to love that much, Riolu. I hope you're reunited with him." He tapped his foot paw on the ground, becoming inpatient.

"I wouldn't say love like a boyfriend...more like my little brother..." said Riolu, giving a smile.
Glameow smiled, looking to her baby sister. "I know how that feels."

Buizel sighed and said "Could we get off of the subject of brothers? It brings back terrible memories of mine."

Shinx whined, rubbing against Buizel's leg, purring and trying to comfort him.

Buizel patted Shinx and said "It's okay, Shinx. I'm over it. It doesn't really hurt anymore but thank you."

"Kids, you can come in now," said Kangaskhan.
