I've never been to Chicago before,but it does sound like it will be fun.

Thanks tibb, excellent, umm, Nick, Kari could you come up with any names, I'm totally stuck.

Let's just keep it simple and to the point. Something like "The Balto Source Gathering", or something related to that.

Anyway, I'll get started on the permission slips and e-mail you the rough copy, Whitewolf.

That sounds pretty good. Sweet, simple, and to the point.

Kari-I like it apart from the 'gathering' part we may need to modify that, and thanks for the permission slip, I look forward to seeing it.

Dusty-You are more than welcome to come to the event if you want to but I would have to say that anyone that does want to come would have to fill out a permission slip and I don't think they can be sent by PM.

Dusty, for the last time, you can come if you want to I wasn't talking to you in that post anyway. I was referring to Whitewolf so that I could e-mail her the rough draft of the permission slip. Lighten up, and stop asking the same question.

Anyway, back on topic. The permission slip is finished, and the rough draft has been sent to Whitewolf for approval. Once it's been approved, I will begin taking note on who fills them out and returns them. Either print them out and scan them and then e-mail them to me, or have your parent or guardian fill them out on the computer. I'll have the lists ready right now, though they won't be used until later on.:

Again, anyone who wants a permission slip, send me a PM containing your e-mail address so that I may send you the file. Then print it out, have your parent or guardian fill it out, and then scan it in and send it back to me at [email protected] .

I forgot to ask what all we'd need on the nametags. The only things I've got so far to put on them is Username and Name. Anything else you guys think should go on them?? And how many varations do you want? I should have at least one done by tomorrow. 2 or 3 depending on what else I have going on.

Ok. Nick, Kari, Whitewolf- I think I came up with a way that we can all have a 'meeting'. If everyone has MSN instant messenging, we could do a conference thing. Or Yahoo. That way we can all converce and all that. I don't know if we'd need to know, but a bit later along the line, maybe. Nick, Kari, Whitewolf, tell me what ya think!

I think we already discussed nametags...but I'm guessing that we should put our forum username, our real first name, and our age. The reason for the first name is so that we don't call each other by our forum name. That would be a little weird. xD

Yeah. Thanks a whole bunch Kari!! That'll make my job a lot easier!! lol. Once I figure out how to get documents and stuff up (hopefuly by tomorrow night) I'll have a few ideas up.

What do you mean by "get documents up"? I could help, if you want. Do you mean pasting a document into your post, like an image?

Yeah. I don't know how to do that. I've tried with an image before, but I don't know what to do... If you could tell me, that'd be so wonderful!

Well, you could always e-mail me the document and I'll see what I can do with it. It's kind of hard to explain in words, but I'm pretty sure that I would be able to do it if I actually had the document.
