Haley ~
Why are you touching our daddy? She asked, clutching her elmo doll still. She looked at Diana with confused eyes. Mason asked the question over again and Adam chuckled. Haley thought, 'She is trying to steal my daddy!'. Haley stood up and dropped her grape juice on Diana by accident. Sorry. She said and started crying.

Adam ~
He stood up and put the juice carton on the table. He picked up Haley and sat down on the couch. He rocked her until she was quiet. Mason ran around the house, Joker on his heels no matter where he went. Adam smiled and held Haley above his head with one hand. Playing with her.

Villina walked inside behind everyone and sat between the kids. When Diana sat by Adam, she fought back her fury and sat back. "Why are you touching our daddy?" Haley asked and Villina was tempted to give her a high five for her words. She fought back a smile and tried to keep a neutral look. Adam came over and started to play with Haley, she watched Mason run around the house, followed by the big pitbull... Joker. She smiled as he ran.

Mason ~
He held onto Joker and kicked his side's. Joker got up and jogged around the house. Mason giggling happily, soon Haley wanted a ride too and they were both on Joker's back. Joker didn't mind the kids but he knew his limits. The only time Joker had problem with kids or adults is when they pulled his ears. Mason slid off Joker's back and rubbed his ears gently, then felt of his own. He looked at Adam confused. Why is his ears short? That dog (Jack) has longer, floppy ears.

Adam ~
He had his ears cut into a battle crop for safety reasons. He could tell Mason and Haley were both confused. Listen... The reason that Jack's ears are floppy is because, mastiff's don't have their ears cut like pitbulls; boxers; great danes; and other dogs do. Adam paused. I did it because there are stray dogs that go around and pick fights sometimes and I didn't want them to get Joker's ears and tear them off painfully. So I had them cut low. Understand now? He smiled, Mason and Haley both nodded and giggled. Wanting to touch his ears.

Villina watched the dogs and kids play and laughed when Mason asked the question. She sat back in the couch and finally began to relax. Though she still didn't know if she liked Diana, she wanted to do her best to keep peace. As far as she was concerned, none of these people wanted anything that she wanted, she decided to attempt to become friends with Diana, it would be good to have a best friend.

Villina smiled and attempted small talk. Her cell phone rang and she stood, walking outside and answering it. "Hello." she said and waited for a minute, static was heard for several seconds and then she was delighted to hear a familiar voice.

"Sister." Max said, he heard Villina take a sharp breath on the other end of the line, he cracked up. "Hey, I'm coming out to visit you, I'm on a fast jet into the nearest airport to you. We actually just landed or I wouldn't have been able to call you, but anyway.... Surprise!" he said. She cheered on the other end and he hung up. He got his bags and caught a taxi, getting a text from her of where she was.

((Gosh darn it... sorry, I apparently can't multitask. Didn't get any sleep last night and now... well... I'm not exactly awake. Sorry :/ ))

Villina grinned and walked back inside. "Hey, you guys mind if we're joined by my brother?" she asked, hoping they'd say yes.

As the car sped down the road, Max looked out the window and watched the buildings pass. America, how interesting the place was, it was like Canada... but not.

Villina waited anxiously for her brother.

Max pulled up to a house and payed the taxi driver. He got out and rung the doorbell, Villina rushed to open it. she hugged him the moment the door opened and he laughed.

Villina led Max inside, she cleared her throat. "hey, everyone, this is my brother Max." she said.

"Ey." said Max with a thick Canadian accent, he raised a hand in greeting and looked over everyone in the room. He grinned and shut the door behind him. He spotted the kids. "Is this the famous Haley and Mason?" he asked.
