Well the last post before that one was made on October 29th, 2011 technically it´s not an old topic.

Not to mention, it's a sticky.

All thoughts, sentiments, realizations, applications and all that's going for it aside, if Balto 4 was to be made, I would not lay a finger on it if they continued to nip Aleu in the bud.

Granted, Aleu did come back. I would only pay money for it under these conditions:

• If Aleu starred in an exciting adventure - not one that was wrought together by means of her own torment, sorrow and discomfort. No exceptions.
• If they so threw away the thrown-together spirit troupe. That particular belief held almost no correspondence to the series' relevance, in my opinion, and I found it to be just another way for the producers to add a dark undertone unto a children's movie - a veritably feasible chance at aiming for an older audience.
• If Jenna's voice actress would once more return to Bridget Fonda. The probability of this application is a scant 3% at best, but I would not sit still and watch the iconic heroine I love be smothered by such a lackadaisical display of such somber likes.

Of course, the third reason has nothing to do with Aleu, but what can you do, eh?

The Balto 4 stuff i'm seeing pop up on here is really annoying. It won't happen (dissappointingly) so can we please move on? It came and went, now all we can do is have fun looking back on past films and keep alive what's left of the fan base of what once was a REAL true hero.

There would be alot of things that would have to happen if they were to make a B4. Even for proffesional animators, it takes alot of work. I know from experience, and im studying for that field of work. Also, Universal would have to reopen Amblimation Studios, the studio they used for their a animated series'. They would need to find a decent budget for all thei workers, the art, and putting the film out there, while still considering the popularity of the last two films, which, mind you, was very low. All that makes for a pretty dang low budget, which was one of the reasons the last two sequels were such faliures. Without profit...lets just say it hurts them and us in return.

People have made a lot of points here, that Universal themselves said that they gave up on Balto, that it might hurt the series more if the fourth one sucked, there fore the fanbase would gO down more and hurt us in the end. Noone is trying to insult or 'crush anyones dreams,' they are just truing to get you to see the facts of the matter.

I too wish there could be one, for i love Balto (the original movie) and would love a well made sequel to bring it back up on its feet. I would love for them to start selling the merchandise again and allow me to make a collection, because it is very hard right now, what with the scarcity of them all. We can all dream, i am one of those dreamers, butt the likely hood is so low that i wouldnt get your hopes up in the end. That is my advice to you. Please, now, no offense intended to any of you.

ok i agree but dont add no NEW! characters keep the same maybe bring one of the pups from jenna and balto the ones in Movie 2 that they gave away and have one come back to see alue and the parents then five then have all of them come back thats a great idea now who ever disagrees is making the Biggest! mistake of there life!

I think the time has come for another Balto movie. Yes Universal closed the studio that made the previous Balto movies but they can find another studio, even though Balto 4 would be computer-animated, it would be a nice change from the old-time, hand-drawn Balto movies we all remember. Who knows? Maybe it will be as if not more profitable as Shrek and Harry Potter have been.

I just hope if there was a 4th, they would cut out the musicals.

Balto more profitable than Harry Potter? Yeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa right. Harry Potter blew every other series out of the water in making money. And is only number three in

Maybe not as much, but I'm sure there is a good number of people waiting for a 4th sequel and will spend money on it.

They won't. It's not about the fact that people will invest in it, but on how much profit they've made. It has been stated 100's of times, it won't happen with Balto. Balto 3 did not do very well.

I don't understand why people want a fourth movie so bad.
