The old wolf starred at the young dog. "Why are you over here?" he asked her. His voice wasn't meant to scare her, it was just a serious tone in it.

"I....I.... got lost..." she answered nervously.

Diablo finally got there. "You leave her be" he demanded bearing his teeth.

Skylark couldn't help but laugh. "You think we are savages?"

"Diablo!" Calypso said happily.

"Put a muzzle on it." Rora stomped on Calypso's snout.

Bruce arrived with Diablo.

Jett put himself between Calypso and Skylark and Diablo and Bruce. "Back off mutts." He then sniffed the air more closely. He soon focused his attention on Bruce. "You don't smell fully dog..." he observed.

Diablo was preplexed by the statement made by Jett. "I don't smell fully dog?" he asked trying to catch a glimps of Calypso looking around Jett wanting to get through.

"If you do anything to her I'll have your tail" Skylark said shoving Rora out of the way. "If I may ask what is your name and why the hell are you here? You look like a city dog not one that roams the forests." Skylark sniffed her trying to distinguish where she was from all he could smell was one giant blur. Nothing distinct it was more of a million different smells than one distinct smell.

Jett laughed. "Not you! The black one!" he said.

"Me? I.. uh..." Bruce trailed off. He had never told his friends about being three fourths wolf.

Rora growled a bit, but backed off. She went to go join Jett.

Calypso tucked her tail even further. "I.. I..." she whimpered.

Diablo glared at Jett. He hated to get yelled at and especially by somebody who he doesn't even know. And what he hates more than being yelled at is being yelled at for him making a mistake.

"I... I... I... Well out with it" Skylark ordered a bit more brashly now getting frustrated a little bit with Calypso.

Calypso whimpered a bit, getting more nervous by the second at the alpha wolf's presence. "My name's Calypso and I told you I got lost..." she said quickly, then covered her head with her paws and whimpered silently.

Bruce tried to go around Jett to get to Calypso, beginning to worry more and more that Skylark might lose his patience and hurt her. He found an opening and went for it.

Jett saw Bruce's slight movement foward and pinned him down in an instant.

Bruce, in turn, growled a bit, showing his razor sharp teeth.

Being so close to Bruce now, Jett sniffed him again while still holding him down. He let him go all of a sudden. He laughed a bit. "You're a wolf aren't ya?" he said.

Bruce looked back at Diablo, nervous he'd find out. "No! Why the heck would you say that??" he said.

Jett laughed again and began to circle Bruce. "Don't lie mutt. You're almost a full wolf and you know it. Don't lie." He growled softly.

Diablo's attention shifter towards the small argument. "You never told me you were part wolf" Diablo said somewhat disappointed in Bruce never telling him. "We were friends for years. Why did you never tell me?"

"You. Up. Now." Skylark demand grabbing her by the color and thrusting her up so she would be on all four paws.

Bruce sighed. "I never told you because.... well.... I thought you guys wouldn't want to hang out with me anymore if you knew..." he confessed.

Calypso yelped quietly as the alpha grabbed her collar and pulled her up on all fours.

"Maybe now I don't wanna. Not because you're a wolf but because you kept something hidden from us. I thought we were your friends. Obviously I was wrong." Diablo snapped at Bruce pretty ticked off that his best friend would keep such a minute secret away from him just because he thought they would think oddly of him. Diablo kicked some dirt onto his paws. "You're such, you're such, you're such, ugh."

"You two quit your whining" Skylark ordered annoyed with the two. "Now what to do with such a beautiful specamin like you" he said. "I am quite hungry."

Calypso whimpered. She didn't want to be attacked, injured, yelled at, anything slightly violent. She wanted to run behind Diablo so badly. But she couldn't reach him.

Bruce held his head low, tail down, a look of complete and total shame. He then began to walk off to start looking for an abandoned den. Now that his friends knew his secret, and his worst fears were confirmed, that they didn't want to be his friends anymore, he had to embrace his overpowering side. The forest was bringing out the wild wolf in him, as much as he tried to supress it.

Jett sat down, smiling.

"What're you smiling at?" Diablo snapped more adgitated than ever. This little altercation probably just ruined his good friendship with Bruce that he had for many years. He had a lot of resentment and regret building up inside of him from what he just said to Bruce. He began to grind his teeth together to try and cope with the emotions rushing through his body.

Skylark licked his lips. "I haven't eaten in a while and I guess you'll do just fine." Skylark than grabbed Calypso by the collar and dragged her off around the back of the bushes.

Calypso yelped, scared for her life. She was too frozen with fear to move, struggle, do basically anything. All she could do was stay motionless and be dragged to her death. "N..n..no.." she quietly screamed, well... at least she tried to scream. But all that came out was something only comprehensible to Skylark since he was right next to her.

Bruce, before completely dissapearing from view, turned back and looked at Diablo with sad eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier. But now you see why I was trying so desperately to keep it a secret." A tear shed down his furry cheek and he ran away.

"I've never had collie before" Skylard said licking his lips. "You seem like quite the sweet dog. Let's just hope you taste that way." He said continuing to drag her off deeper into the forest. I can't believe she believes me. City dogs are more gullible than I originally anticipated. He said chuckling to himself under his breath.

"Bruce come" before he could finish Bruce was gone "back." He said now hanging his head low.

Pongo so Bruce rush passed him. "Bruce" he called out hoping to get there attention. "Bruce slow down. What happened?"
