OOC: You could post that your charrie was getting fish then heard the commotion where Destroyer and Hunter were

Takari raised her head, muzzle wet from her many failed attempts to catch a fish. They had darted away at the last second, leaving her growling, adn even more wet than before. A new wolf's scent was mingled into the air, and a growl crept into her throat without any thought on her part. She padded forward, hesitated, then broke into a run, easily reaching the place where HUnter and Destroyer where, and recntly, another wolf.

Hunter turned as Takari arrived to their spot. "Hey... Takari... what's hangin'?" he said a bit weakly. He looked down at his shoulder and almost fainted. The pool was now all around his body, covering every inch of the underside of his fur.

Ranger looked at Hunter and said "You look bad, Hunter. Let me heal you." He concentrated on Hunter's badly injured shoulder and started healing it quickly. He looked out towards where the absorber was and said "Something almost as powerful as I am is coming this way. We need to go now if we want to avoid a fight with it."

Hunter nodded as the wound healed. He wobbled as he stood. His face was now a sickly pale color. Although his wound was healed, he was still suffering from massive blood loss. It would take almost an hour for him to recover from that. But he was willing to endure it.

Zenon killed an elk and started eating it. I really should of warned them that something was coming. But i have to keep moving she thought. She left the elk to go and warn the others, hoping they wouldn't hurt her. She ran into Hunter and stared at the pool of blood. "I, im so sorry. i didnt know that it would be so deep." She looked at everyone in the eyes with a cold, fierce look in her eye. "you need to run. i know somewhere safe but theres something coming and it knows how to hurt us."

Hunter turned away from the female. He didn't want anything to do with her. He walked off in the opposite direction from where she came, alone and in pain like he always had been but never showed it. The truth was.. whenever he was alone, his personality was real. The whole 'being hyper and happy' act was just a show. It wasn't how he actually was. He was just pretending. But he never wanted anyone to know. And up until now they would'nt have. But things were starting to change.

Kami was running faster and faster throuh the trees and didnt see the ledge into the river and fell into it. He didnt know how to swim very well and was quickly pulled under and shot up spluttering reapeatedly.

Hunter, closer to the river now than the others, heard Kami fall anf ran after him. Despite being weak, he found the strength to try and save his friend. As Kami was being swept away by the river, Hunter ran beside it. Soon he was ahead of it, and jumped in to try and get Kami. As he did, he realized that may have not beeen such a good idea. But he blew off his thoughts and pains and tried anyway. He swam towards Kami and was able to grab him by his ruff. He tried to pull him towards the edge of the river, and got halfway towards it, but the river current was too strong for his weak body to fight. Soon they were heading towards the end of the river. And at the end of it was a waterfall...... Hunter did the only thing he could. He howled as loudly as possible.

Takari ran after HUnter. SHe had expected him to take care of himself, even if he was burdened by Kami. BUt apparently, she had been wrong. She stopped at the edge, panic coursing through her. She hated water. But seeing them, heading for the waterfall, she forced herself to leap. IT would be easy, right? Wrong. SHe was pulled under, and gasping and retching, allowed the current to pull her towards the two wolves.

Hunter suddenly saw Takari leap in. He howled a bit louder, just in case she didn't see them. All the while, his howls were being muffled by the rapids going over his head. "Hel-" his mouth suddenly filled with water. He coughed, almost choking from so much water getting clogged in his throat. He willed himself to stay strong. He kept Kami by his side, still holding him by his ruff. He paddled with all his might, forcing the two of them away from the waterfall, but only by a few meters before Hunter's body gave in yet again. "Dan-" he tried to say before water filled his mouth again.

Takari was swept towards them, and grabbed Hunter's scruff, glad she didn't have to hold Kami too. Hunter was doing that. She thrashed wildly, ending up going under more than staying above. SHe managed to kcik towards a large rock that would serve as an anchor until a more visible means of help was avaliable.

Hunter gasped as he held on to the rock with his last bit of strength. At the same time, he was still carrying Kami. "Thanks," he paused to catch his breath. "Takari.." he managed to say.

Ranger came running beside the water and yelled to Takari "Use your fire, Takari. That's the only way to save yourself and the CL Wolves. Put a protective boundary around you and the wolves. I will help by reinforcing your power with my own. It will be deadly Takari so use it wisely." He looked at Takari before jumping into the river himself and asked "Are you ready, Takari? This is our only hope to survive now."

Kami was angry that he couldnt protect himself or his freinds eventually his power boiled up to where he couldnt control it and it released encasing them in a metal ball that was swept-or rather rolled- down river and flew over the falls as it went down kami knew that the metal would protect them but had a feeling that the others didn't.
