Dante went through fairly quickly, Occasionally having to look at what the actual human way of seieng it was. He finished and started doodling several note on a peice of paper, Humming trhough them as he did.

Sam looked up when she heared a slight humming sound. It wasn't comeing from any where around her and no one else seemed to hear it. She pinpionted the niose to Dante's table and listened. Cool sound, she thought. She started to make up words to go with them.

Susie looked up at the sound. It sounded horrible. Not like the music she likes to listen too, which is mainly pop. " who ever is making that horrible racket, will they shut up!?"she whispered so that only the people around her could hear.

Dante Didnt listen, he kept scribbling the notes down at twice the speed he should be able to. He kept humming slightly, trying to work out how it woul sound when he played it.

The bell went for end of lesson and made sam jump. She got up and put her stuff in her bag. She had been so bored she'd got out a book to read.

Dante Cleared up and walked over to Sam "hey, Whats next?" he asked, the music he'd wi=ritted fell out of his pocket and onto the desk he was sat on.

Sam picked up the post it note but before she could see what was on them they were out of her hands. "hey!" she said, trying to snatch them back and failing entirely. " its music next. Did you hear that person humming? they were really good. Did you know who it was? i pinpionted the sound to around where you were...?" Sam looked up at Dante.

Dante just passed her the note "I like writing music" he said simply "Its not my best but" he shrugged

Sam looked down at the piece of paper and hummed it out. It was teh same as the song that the person was singing. She looked up at DAnte, astonished." Your joking right? if some thing can sound better than this than show me cos that is a very good song. Now come on." Sam got up and grab his wrist. " we have music to get to, and with your music skills I really don't want to be late." still clutching the peice of paper she ran from the room and down the stairs. Then she turned right and went into the furthest classroom on the hallway. "hello Miss Grithoff." she said to the old lady by the desk. She went and sat down at the back of the classroom again, after whispering a quick, " Dante, don't sit sown and she'll let you sit next to me hopefully, ok?"

Dante nodded and stood, Feeling like a spare part. He really hope Sam woudlnt Show That short piece of musicto mrs Griffoth.

" hello, who are you?" asked Miss Grithoff. " Are you the new boy, Dante Damien Welsh? If so, do you play any instruments?"

Sam rolled her eyes. Miss Grithoff was always looking for people to go in the orchestra. She had tried to get Sam to join last year because she could had tried flute lessons during the summer holidays. That quickly ended when she finnally gve in to performing and made a right old racket.

"Guitar" said Dante simply, but The last thing he wanted to do was perform without his own instrument. Even if The highly polished well tuned instruments the school kept gave off a better sound, The battered, Slightly worn feel of his own Made him more comfertable with playing.

" Right then. For home work you have to write a piece subtitle for a class room, find some one to sing the words to it and if you have your own guitar you can play on that, or if you haven't you may use one of schools. clear?" asked Miss Grithoff. " you can go sit next to Samantha now."

Dante just nodded once and Walked over to Sit next to Sam. He pulled out his notebook a jotted down a few lines on a sput of the moment. He didnt think anyone had noticed.

Sam watched Dante walk to his seat. She started to hum the music he was jotting down on his pad.

Miss Grithoff looked up when she heard some one huming "You at the back with the Blond hair,why are you humming. If you wan tto sing come up here and sing for me.."

"But its ot my music miss, its Dantes." Said Sam, looking apologeticly at Dante.

"well then. as he's so eager to share, he can up here and play for us and do the home work, can't he?" Said Miss Grithoff.

Dante Sighed and Got up. He picked up one of the guitars at the bck of teh room, Sat on the back of his chair, And strummed once to get a feel. He Then started to play the music he'd written. It lasted about a minute then he looked up "And thats it miss" he said simply, as if he'd done nothing more thanyawn.
